We had the pleasure of having Greg come to our home today to do some work for our property management company. I must say that he was such a breath of fresh air. From the moment he arrived the professionalism was on point. The level of care and attention to detail he took in wrapping our kitchen and protecting our things from damage to stopping mid cutting and coming to evaluate another part of my home when I heard water dripping. He was real, transparent, honest, and very forthcoming with respect to his findings, process of fixing the issue, and next steps. He was down to earth conversational. And overall incredibly warm and personable. We have kept his business card and in the event we ever have to have Charlotte Plumbing come back out we will request him to do our work. We have had such horrible experiences with vendors so he has definitely set the bar high for future vendors contracted with invitation homes. Thanks Greg!

Horrible customer service! This is the 2nd time I have stayed home from work due to our scheduled appointment & they haven't shown up!!! NO Phone Call, NO Text, NO Message! We have been without heat all year & have already had our 1st snow ❄️ so it's FREEZING especially at night! The dispatcher has been most unhelpful when I have asked her what's going on & for them to communicate with me. I don't even care that they won't give me a 8 - 12 or 12 - 5:00 timeframe, heck, they can't even show up on the Date THEY set, even when you've given them the entire day 8 - 5! They're the WORST!!! It looks like they delete their negative reviews as well.

Charlotte Plumbing took care of a hot water issue at our new house and they were great. The technician, Mike, was prompt and very friendly/knowledgable. I will use them again should the need arise.

Kudos to Christina and Josh. Tina was the dispatcher and speaking to her felt like speaking to someone who actually cares about their job and the people they help. Josh showed up and really fixed the problem before he even rang the bell. He gave us a thorough explanation of the cause of the leak and what he did to fix it. Then he checked everywhere in the house that water could come from before stating he was finished. He made sure we understood everything and showed us a fix we could use should the problem arise again. When I say both of these people have integrity, believe me they do, which is such a hard commodity to come by these days.

6/10/25 I had a water leak in the wall from my hvac ac system that damaged the wall and baseboards. Before we can have restoration services a plumber has to come fix the pipe problems... (insert Josh from Charlotte Plumbing) Josh is the nicest, most professional plumber I've ever had the pleasure of coming in contact with. He found the problem, explained it to me in full detail, and completed the job in a timely and extremely professional manner. If I ever need plumbing services ever again whether it's a major or minor job, CHARLOTTE PLUMBING is my ONLY option. Do yourself a favor and give them a try! See for yourself, you'll be glad you did! Matt Hutchins awesome job fixing garbage disposal that Invitation Homes, used as a vendor, the sad truth is invitation homes tech installed original garbage disposal, that was installed wrong and leaking. Matt also fixed my non stop running toilet upstairs. 5 Stars to Matt!!!! And I also forgot this work order was completed in Bradenton Florida
