We had a great experience working with Charm City Roofing. They replaced our entire flat roof, installed new deck railings, and secured our existing rooftop deck. Mac, the Project Manager, came to our initial meeting and stayed in constant communication during the entire process. He is very knowledgeable and patient with our many questions. His team did a great job and we are happy with the final results.

Choosing Charm City Roofing, represented by Mac Falby, for our roofing needs was an outstanding decision. Their team expertly removed our Deck-teck roof, repaired our leaks and rotted wood with precision and then efficiently installed not only a beautiful new Deck-tek roof, but installed brand new siding as an upgrade on our house. The crew was professional, the communication was excellent, and the final result exceeded our expectations. Our home is now leak-free, looks fantastic, and we have peace of mind knowing the work was done to the highest standard. Highly recommend!

Wow Charm City Roofing delivered! I have a beautiful new flat roof and gorgeous new rooftop screened in porch. The work crew was fantastic doing quality work in a short amount of time. Junior and Pedro were fantastic. Mac helped make the project happen in a professional manner. Of course it took some time to get the permits from the city but that is expected. The quote was very reasonable and beat out competitors. They did what no contractor I have seen done and left my premises CLEANER than they found them! By backyard looked great after. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I will be calling them back when I need to replace my pitched roof and garage roof and telling others to go with them.

After I frantically got several outrageous quotes, I found Charm City! Charm city did an amazing job on my total roof replacement in Locust point! I couldn’t speak more highly of them. I had several estimates from reputable local companies(And had a horrible experience with FourTwelve), but Charm City seemed to offer the most value and customer service. Not only was my estimate was fair, but the warranty was by far the best and the experience was seamless from start to finish. The whole team were meticulous and attentive throughout the process AND the entire job took ONE day for everything! I even received detailed photos of the companies work from start to finish. I am SO glad that i went with Charm City roofers! I had four bids, ranging from 10,000, up to 20,000, and they all said the same thing: there were SEVEN LAYERS of roof that needed to be removed, and it was becoming a structural issue. "Mac" from C.C. showed up and ACTUALLY WENT UP ON THE ROOF (which the others didn’t), and took about 30 pics (and a couple of videos), explaining EXACTLY what was happening up there. That morning if the job,i was getting nervous because of all of the banging, and i really was nervous my roof was going to fall in. I called Mac, and he walked me through what was happening. After the job was completed, (i also had the skylight replaced), he sent me detailed pics. The "befores" we’re actually quite upsetting. I knew it was bad, but not that bad. Just ALL that ROTTEN wood. After the shock of seeing how bad it really was, i was RELIEVED to see what was done-the AFTER photos-they replaced ALL of rotten wood, (and Mac sent me saw all of the pics), and topped it off with a brand new skylight, with the roof SEAMS wrapped around perfectly! I am SO HAPPY i went with these company. Also-i have to mention, that they use real PLYWOOD, not "pressed wood". The guys that did the job were polite, and efficient, and made sure EVERYTHING was cleaned up (all debris- even on the front, and back porch roof. …And just knowing that my roof is now safe, (without the leaking ceiling), its a huge sigh of relief. Couldn’t be happier with Mac and Charm City Roofers!
