Cisco Electric has been spectacular to work with! Jackson, the electrician we worked with, is great. Riley, the person we planned the work with over email, is excellent, too. They dealt with us anxious first time homeowners and helped us fix our biggest concerns. The cost was very reasonable, the people we interacted with are great, and the work is great, too! * They are great communicators - planning was straight forward and clear * They are timely and reliable * They answered all of our questions, so we were confident in their project plan and judgement * They are incredibly thoughtful - everything was cleaned up and anything moved to do work was put back in exactly where it was * And of course, the work looks and works great!

We had Cisco update the wiring in our attic from the old knob and tube to modern and code compliant. Frankie was easy to communicate with, timely, set proper expectations, did great work, checked and tested everything afterwards, and cleaned up leaving things better than he found them. Is there anything more you could want in an electrician? Or anyone working on your house for that matter? Would and will hire again without hesitation.

We had an issue with some newly installed hardware in our house that caused our circuit connected to our furnace to trip continually. Frankie (owner of Cisco) heard our problem (no furnace in the winter!) and came himself right away as he didn’t have anyone else free right at that moment. He figured out the problem and a reasonable and efficient solution quickly so that we were up and running again with heat. I was very grateful for him coming through in a pinch like that. We have additional work to be done and we definitely plan to use Cisco for it! Update: we had the additional work done and are still just as happy with our experience with Cisco Electric.
