I got them assigned from my AHS to fix my circuit breaker tripping when AC is running. They gave me an appt after 3 days. I requested for an early appt for which they agreed to call me next day. Surprisingly nobody calls and when i called them back on my appt day to confirm timing, they didn't have anything on calendar. Now they ask me to wait another 4 days because somehow it was my fault to request an early appointment since they are too busy.
City First Electric was super responsive and helpful. Will use them any time I have electrical needs in the future.
Our one-and-only remote which controls our whole house fan is on the brinks. Through our home warranty, Tim from City First Eletric came today to inspect the situation as we were not even able to provide the make/model of the fan/ remote as it sits in the attic. Tim quickly and efficiently got into the attic, assessed the situation and proposed a solution of the alternative types of replacement controls/ remote we can use. Still in the midst of fixing the problem but want to thank both Tim and First City Electric for their professionalism and quick response!
I feel very lucky that City First Electric was contracted to me through my home warranty. I needed two outlets repaired, and not only did City First reach out to me and send someone within 24 hours, he fixed the problem on the spot without any need for followup. He was also extremely nice. Can't recommend this business highly enough.
It was a pleasant experience to set up the appointment & easy to work with. the technician. There was a text 30 mins before his arrival to give a heads up. He quickly attended to the problem and resolved it. The tenant was satisfied with all the repairs.
Home warranty sent them out and they were excellent. They communicated well, showed up on time, resolved the issue. Would recommend them them to others.
