City Roofing and Remodeling

I never used this company before, but they happen to be in my community and one of their workers decided to park their vehicle partially in front of my driveway as well as blocking my yard waste. They were apparently here for the people across the street from me. I had just pulled into my driveway when he was also getting there. I kindly asked the man not to block my yard waste and he sarcastically said to me "is it coming now" I said I’m not sure because I called them and they are behind due to the hurricane. I then asked who he was visiting and he told me the folks across the street so I asked him to park across the street and he was super rude and told me no because this is a public street. I then proceeded to explain that he is partially blocking the entrance to my drive way and that my daughter has to get in soon as well and he did not care he was continuing to do what he wanted. I started to record the vehicle so that I can report him to the company and he took out his phone and started recording me. I told him not to do that he continued. I never recorded him only the vehicle. I would never use a company who has people like this. I will be calling to complain about this gentleman and I feel like, had my husband been home and asked him he would have moved but he doesn’t respect women and definitely needs to work on his customer service skills for this company.

Our roof needed to be replaced due to hurricane Milton and City Roofing and Remodeling was chosen by our insurance company to repair our roof. We encountered hiccups at first due to the busy holiday season, but Josh took good care of our case and made sure that things were done right. Communication is very important to us and we really appreciate how Josh always kept us updated. He was on board since our account was assigned to him and he got things done! His team was awesome in installing our roof and they made sure that our place was clean after the installation. They took their time and didn't rush the entire process. We really appreciate Josh's professionalism and efficiency and if you ever need to have your roof fixed or replaced, ask for Josh!

My experience with City Roofing was amazing! I was most impressed by Brandon's customer service. From the initial consultation to the final clean-up, their team was professional, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile. Brandon was very responsive to my questions and concerns, and kept me informed throughout the entire process.

What a phenomenal company. Brandon did an amazing job helping me with my roof after the hurricane. The insurance company paid for my damages and all I had to pay was my deductible. I would definitely reach out to them if you got damaged from this recent hurricane. Brandon came and thoroughly inspected my property, and he was very nice and professional. If I could give him 10 stars I would! Highly recommend

This is the second time in 10 years I have used City Roofing. They are very professional, efficient and have done an amazing job on my roof. I just had to have my entire roof replaced due to storm damage. My neighbors have been complementing me on my roof since they completed it two weeks ago. Thank you again and I will definitely recommend anyone that needs a new roof to call City Roofing.

They promptly addressed any questions that we had and remained patient and professional throughout the process. They followed through with everything they told us to expect. City does a great job for a fair price. We’ve used them on several roofs over the last few years personally and have referred friends and family to them as well. Rick is quick to help and the process has been easy. Our metal roof looks and performs fantastic!!!
