I was visited at my home by a Clark representative, Andrew Swapp, who presented the service as month-to-month and explicitly stated that I could cancel at any time without incurring any cancellation fees. To my surprise, I later received an email indicating that a cancellation fee would be charged. Additionally, the services provided did not align with what was promised. I was informed that the perimeter of my home would be treated—three feet up the wall and three feet from the wall—to prevent pest entry. In practice, the technicians frequently arrived unannounced despite my prior request, and the service provided was consistently below the promised standard. After four months of repeated issues, I decided to cancel the service. I contacted customer service to express my concerns and was told a manager would follow up, but no contact was made, which was not surprising because it is a reflection of the poor quality of service given to clients such as myself. Following this, I received a cancellation bill that was sent to collections. Given this experience, I am extremely dissatisfied with both the quality of service and the misrepresentation by representatives, and I recommend anyone who is considering service from them to reconsider and view other options.

I have been with Clark for about 7 years. They’re fast with their appointments && service. Every time I’ve addressed an issue it’s been worked on! During my 7 years of service I’ve had three different technicians and I’ve loved each one of them! They are very professional and friendly. My current service technician is Rodney & he is the absolute best! I was having wasps issues & both times he handled it quickly and efficiently! Wasps be GONE!

Friendly installer. He gave me a good quote and answered questions. Didn’t hear much between signing and the appointment. They randomly showed up which was ok but then my 3 year old goes to play and brings me pieces of metal bird spikes and construction adhesive and a glove… all left by installers. Found more gloves and trash in my yard. Whoever answers their phones didn’t seem really concerned. This was a portion of a bigger job, but I’m not sure if I will go back or recommend them tbh. I’m currently waking up to birds with nests in the spikes. So it seems it wasn’t done properly. First hint to me should’ve been the trash left behind.

Bobby arrived today at the time he said. He was very professional and explained what he was doing. Everything he used was pet and kid safe. We are currently having a mouse issue and some ants. He placed the boxes for the mouse and explained the process. Sprayed the areas for ants. He was clean and efficient!!! He is our regular guy and always is professional, on time and efficient. We have been with Clark’s for years and have always been satisfied with our service.

I love how friendly our Service is and especially how knowledgeable the staff are along with how thorough the work is. Since starting the service we haven’t had any issues, our biggest problem was ants and we haven’t seen any since we started service, any concerns or issues in the area are addressed during visits, and the products to take care of those concerns are usually on hand with the service people or can be done promptly. The service is flexible and attentive, we love Clark pest control!

We had Kathryn come over for a wellness check . She told my cousin all was well with no issues ( great we got some peace of mind ) later we decided to sell the home and wanted to have a clean termite report . We were so happy with her the first time and all her thoroughness ( she went up in the attic etc… ) that we called her back and asked her for a clean report . She said she needed to come back out ( no problem I figured that already ) however she now claimed she remembered the home and that there needed to be localized treatment and denied saying that it was fine to my cousin ( if I had known we needed treatment I would have done it right there and then not two months later ) but Okay fine in an effort to placate her I told her maybe there was a misunderstanding no worries please proceed . During our talk I also mentioned we had a handy man doing some work on the facial boards and she said she wanted to meet him so that they were on the same page regarding work to be done okay fair enough and even a good idea I thought to myself . She comes out for the inspection and my mom was home and lets her in , she meets the handyman etc… she leaves and a few minutes later messages me and says she was surprised my mom was home and was told I would be home tomorrow by my mom so she unilaterally changes our appointment to the next day . I never said I would be home nor did she ask me to be but okay fine now we maybe had another misunderstanding I didn’t say anything no problem . We meet on visit 3 where she suddenly says we need more than a localized treatment, denied saying otherwise , said we need certain things replaced entirely now . Kind of tired of this we said okay just email me the report and cost and let’s just do things in writing to avoid more confusion. She quickly clapped back that is what she wanted from the beginning and had been trying to reach me for my email but couldn’t ( I have no record of either of those things being true ) . Okay I didn’t even respond to the assertions to try and de escalate . I give her my email once and for all, she leaves and says she would have it to me in 24-48 hours . It has now been 9 months and nothing . The work was done by another company ( who got the report done on visit 1 by the way without me there ) and yet another company also came out and gave a report as well also on day one ( with me there though it’s still unclear why that was necessary) . To use the words of my handyman who also met her so you know it’s not just me " what a whirlwind she was " . Honestly, apart from the broken promise and three completely different stories she was very polite and personable most of the time . However at the end of the day we needed work done not stories .
