Luke came out to my business a few weeks ago for a "water bug" problem we were having after rain. He took the time to explain everything to me, mostly why the bugs were there and how to stop them. He also gave me a referral to someone that could fix the gaps in the doors(that I have been trying to fix for years). I was so happy with his service that I now have him coming to my home as well.
