I’ve worked with Climate Masters for over 15 years, and they keep getting better. They’re fair, honest, professional and friendly — consistently. We recently had a major part go out on one of our air units, which necessitated replacing the entire unit. Most of it was 20 years old, and that which wasn’t wouldn’t work with the new refrigerant requirements. Kendal was super helpful and gave us options when assessing the work needed. The team of heat/air mechanics — Tyler and his assistant, and Charles worked hard clearing the narrow space, were extremely respectful, and did a masterful job of removing old stuff and installing the new. They finished early, went over everything clearly, and were the most productive and pleasant we’ve worked with in a long time. The result is a whisper quiet inside flow of air, a powerful and super quiet outdoor unit, and once again, excellent people solving problems. I highly recommended them.

I have been very impressed with the service, honesty, and truly exceptional customer service with Climate Masters! Everyone I spoke with and interacted with impressed me. Cheslyn, Andrew, and Brandon were all so polite and helpful. In a culture in which customer service is hard to find, Climate Masters really cares and takes pride in their work. I highly recommend this business, and applaud the way they seek to please the customer. If you are looking for old school values and exceptional care, you just found it!!!!

The technicians do not have the electrical skills to be working on home air conditioners. When the air units are not hooked up correctly it affects the air quality within the home. I would call someone else besides this company if you have a problem with your air condition.

Climate Masters saves the day again! They’ve been my go to for 20 years. I came home to a hot house, called Climate Masters at 3:28 pm and spoke with Andrew. He called me back at 3:36 pm and told me that he had Chance on the way to my house to check my A/C out. Chance arrived at 3:55 pm and had my capacitor changed out, collected payment and was gone by 4:07 pm. I will be able to sleep cool tonight. Thank you Climate Masters!!!

Climate Masters was the only company that I spoke with that seemed to want my business when my elderly Parents HVAC system went out in the middle of the Summer heat! Everyone from the guys I made the appointment with, to the Tech they sent (Jason- My new most favorite Hvac Tech!) were very friendly and professional. They are now my #1 go-to company for all my Hvac problems! P.S.- I Can't thank Jason enough for all he did for my Parents!!!!

Kevin Harris from Climate Masters fixed what another HVAC company left unfinished. My multi-zone system needed a new control board and dampers, but the first team of another company lacked the skills. Kevin came the same day I made a call, quickly diagnosed a wiring issue, and got it done. He was knowledgeable and professional. Mr. Blake, the manager, was also great - responsive and professional. Highly recommend!

Climate Masters are number#1 on my list, actually I can’t wait till my unit dies for they can install a New Unit! And this is why, read below please! I wish I could say the name of the bad company. My AC quit and I call one of the top ac companies in the Jackson area who had availability ASAP, they came and in 20 minutes I needed a new system! The selling campaign started! They wanted to only install a totally new complete system , ac only needed a capacitor but somehow my unit lost freon? But was asked to go inside my house to turn my breakers off and on, and yes the breaker was besides the unit. (I like to watch contractors but he got me) and after the capacitor change no Cool!, gage pressure was gone , Because of Climate masters, my home has been cold for over a month! They added 1-2 pounds of freon and perfection!! The other company said I needed approximately 8 pounds at $300 per lbs, Be careful when you use contractors and have no idea what the problem is! Or how something works, they will take you. I got my money back! They charged approximately $400 for a $75 capacitor so I would agree to a New system! 2025- My AC finally went bad, I called climate Masters and they replaced my entire system within a few days! Great job by Scott, and Adam with his team! Completely done in one day! Adam said they never leave a customer without their system completely installed in one day!!!! The service technicians actually use electronic testers to fine the leak and took pictures for me.old unit below
