COIT Cleaning and Restoration

Update- after receiving our new Entergy bill the following month, we saved $91.94 in one month. The service will pay for itself over time! I had an aeroseal treatment done to my home yesterday. I read that it would enhance my AC performance and could reduce my Entergy bill by half, so I decided to give it a try! I am so pleased and cannot wait to see the difference on my electric bill. The report they gave me shows proof that my system is working way more efficiently. My AC is clicking on less, and we woke up this morning with it noticeably colder. My son’s room was always the hottest in the house, and it is way cooler. They found issues in the duct work we had no idea we had- a hole in one spot and a smashed duct in another. The workers were very polite, and I felt safe being alone in the house with them. I definitely recommend this service.

Coit was recommended to me by a friend for carpet cleaning before moving into our newly purchased home. It was very easy to schedule an appointment for a quote and for scheduling. The crew was great and the carpet looks amazing. I added tile and grout cleaning on the spot and they were able to accommodate that as well. Will definitely be calling again when the need for services arises.

Hunter came out and cleaned our travertine flooring in our whole house, and the results were impeccable. They took their time and provided a great quality service. Will definitely use them in the future.

WOW! These guys made cleaning out my air ducts super simple. We are seeing less dust around the house and feel better about our child who suffers from allergies. They were very kind and explained the process to us every step of the way. Will be using again!!

I contacted Hunter with Coit cleaning to clean and fill my kitchen travertine floors. Their scrubbing machine broke while cleaning the floors but they continued to fill the gaps of a dirty floor. I sent the owner messages telling him that they were filling a floor that still had dirt.i spoke to him about this on the phone as well. Unsurprisingly, the fill started coming out of the gaps in under a year. After months of phone calls, the owner offered to redo the floors if I paid for the materials. This solution is unacceptable as I paid for it to be done correctly the first time. I expect for the floors to be cleaned and refilled at no charge.

Highly recommend COIT. I thought I could clean my dryer vent myself and quickly realized that was a mistake. I called COIT and had two technicians out to my house quickly for their service. They were professional, timely, and did a great job. He even made sure to clean the area around the dryer well before pushing the units back in place. My dryer is working more efficiently and no longer full of lint and dirt! Thanks COIT!
