I met Ben in 2024 when he came out to take a look at my project. I was thinking with all the work that needed to be done, it would take a month or two to complete. Coldstream came in and did a full exterior tear off and replace in three weeks. New roof, skylights, half a dozen windows, gutters, downspouts and Hardie Board siding. The house looks amazing. The attention to detail and quality of craftsmanship is second to none. I just recently had Coldstream back out for another project in which their quality shined through once again. Worked with Ben to have Hardie shingle installed on our old house. He was very communicative and his crew did a great, efficient job with installation. At one point I asked for a change to the plan because it looked different than I expected once installation began. Ben came out the same day to make sure it was adjusted to my satisfaction. Highly recommend working with them!

An EF-0 tornado damaged our siding in March. The first contractor they came took too long to get us an estimate and did not get it right after at least three iterations. I looked for recommendations and Coldstream was one of them. They got us a comprehensive estimate and worked directly with our insurance. The insurance determined that there was no match available for our siding color and a full replacement was needed. Coldstream got us several options and completed the job in a timely manner. We are very happy with their responsiveness, attention to detail and the quality of their work.

Coldstream did a fantastic job replacing my 100+ year old roof. I talked to 5 or 6 other companies collecting quotes, but the project manager Dominick Bennett at Coldstream was why I decided to go with Coldstream. He helped explain what I did and didn't need to replace, and I was confident he would ensure the final product would be a quality roof that will last for future decades. He also did a lot of heavy lifting coordinating with the asbestos tear-off contractors, which was not easy. My neighbors keep complimenting Coldstream's work, and I am 100% satisfied with the result. I would wholeheartedly recommend working with Coldstream!

Coldstream Exteriors completed a new roof, soffit, all metal trim and seamless gutters on our church and did a great job. Dominic Bennett who we worked with was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and its application. He also, was a great representative of the company as project leader. They started and finished on times given to us, making sure that we were satisfied with the product and work accomplished. Our house was built in 1958 and had a mix of original wood siding and an addition with plenty of flaws. I really try to do a lot of work myself as I like learning and may have an OCD problem. Soffit, siding and gutters were to big of a project for me so here's to Mario and his crews... I'm not sure what I expected our house to look like when they were finished but they exceeded any expectation I had. Everything I reviewed with Mario before the project started was taken care of. Our home looks amazing and at the end of the day, the price was far better than their local competitors. So, from someone who was afraid to pull the trigger on a huge home project, take a look at this company, I would recommend them to anyone.
