Compass Pest Management

Courtney came out last week to take care of crickets and black widows. To my surprise she got them in the first spray and whatever she put in the dirt! It took a couple days to see the results completely, but over the last few days I literally haven’t seen any crickets or spiders :)! She came in and was professional while explaining to me what she was going to do. Asked if I knew of any hot spots for the critters and went to work. I am more than pleased with her work as my previous pest controller didn’t do nearly as well as her. Hit em up, give her a shot

Brian and Dave were professional and courteous. Each showed up on time and smiling. They gave me details and information to be able to make a decision about fumigation. They provided options and explained the process in details I understood. I highly recommend Compass

October 13, 2025 Courtney is very customer service orientated. Text the day before to let me know she will be coming. On the day of service, she texts her approximate time of arrival and again when she is within 5-10 of arrival. Once again as in your past service visits, you listened to my concerns and addressed them. A last minute request to spray the garage and inside the house, didn’t faze you. Very professional. Thank you Courtney for helping to make my home inside and out bug free.

I am a long time happy customer of Compass, but I recently had a disappointing experience. Today Robert came to do my regular service. I was extremely happy with his service, explanations and professionalism. He restored my confidence in Compass. Thank you Robert.

It’s summer and the spiders have been making their appearances more than we’re comfortable with. So we asked for the exterminator to come out, and we were so lucky to have Michael come and service our place. He was so friendly and thorough. He taught us things we never knew about bugs and what they look for, etc. I’ve never received an educational lesson with a smile with my exterminator service! You can tell Michael loves and takes pride in what he does. I would 100% recommend them. Thank you!

We’ve been doing business with Compass for over 15 years. That should say a lot about how good this company is. Professional to the tee. Not only are they professional, but they treat you as one of their own family members. The product they use is above TOP NOTCH. We’ve gone over 8 months without Compass Pest Managment coming out to service our home and I’ve come across dead insects. I’ve mentioned to Michael to NEVER EVER sacrifice their product because the product they use is excellent and this is why we continue our service with Compass. Apart form the product being beyond excellent, their customer service is exceptional. Thank you Compass for making our home a fortress so that the critters do not come in!
