He totally took care of us. Can’t recommend Connect enough. ❤️ We’ve since had another experience with Connect. My ma’s AC unit went out. Malik was there the whole day in hot temps trying to salvage it. Unfortunately it needed to be replaced. It was an older unit. He worked the whole day, Sunday, installing it, making sure everything was running smoothly. Thank you, Connect for taking care of our family.

My experience with Connect has been nothing short of amazing. I called in to get some electrical work done, the office was amazing about getting me scheduled as soon as possible. Josh was great, very informative about the work he was doing. I shortly called back because I ran into some a/c issues, the office staff were amazing once again and were able to get Trevor out quickly. He quickly got to work to figure out the issue and get it fixed.

Josh was such a refreshing person to speak with during this strenuous time for our family. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine kindness really set us at ease. I called Connect without any recommendation.I simply was looking for someone near my home. This can be a dicey strategy as i've had some bad experiences randomly calling service companies in the past. Connect made an appointment and showed up exactly on time on the appointed day. The technician did an excellent job explaining the potential problem that I had and the resolution. He was quick and efficient. I'm very happy with the service. Especially because he didn't try to sell me an extended service contract, like some others do. I had one job to do. That's what they did. And their pricing was fair. I will use Connect in the future for anything that I need done that they can provide service for.

Josh Lillywhite did an excellent job installing a GFCI outlet in my backyard. He was prompt, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing.
