Highly recommend! Tim came out quickly and did a thorough inspection of our roof and helped us navigate the claim process with our insurance and even went above and beyond when our claim fell through the cracks. The work was completely quickly and professionally by his team. Tim is a very kind and professional! We are definitely using Timco to complete our next project which will be siding.

Construction by Timco is a preferred contractor by my insurance company, but more than that they ensured that my new roof installation went very smoothly. Jennifer Linkiewicz the Project Manager was very great at communicating the next steps of the project with me, and kept me in the loop regarding any barriers. Once the roof was installed, Timco went back and cleaned up the area of any remaining debris. I was very pleased with the outcome of the installation, and I would recommend their services to others.

I don't even know where to start. Had a new roof and siding done by Timco a few years ago and it was the easiest process, both with the insurance claim and the actual roof/siding job. His company was thorough, clean and professional. Fast forward 5 years and our house sustained substantial storm damage. Tim (the owner) was at our house and on our roof the same night. He even helped us with recommendations for the other trade services that would be needed to repair damages beyond the roof and siding. With his help we were able to go from disaster to completion quickly and very affordable. When you get a new roof it's nice to know that not only the company, but the owner, will still be there for you 5 years later and beyond if something comes up. Thanks for all the help Tim and the great recommendations to help us get our house up and running again. Highly recommended!

It was a pleasure working with Timco for our roof and gutters. Our project manager Jennifer Linkiewicz guided us through the whole claim process and always made sure to answer any questions we had. She was always transparent and professional (and sweet and kind!) and was sure to keep us in the loop between Timco and our insurance company. It was truly a relief as she handled everything from start to finish! Their work is displayed throughout our neighborhood and those houses done by Timco stand out above the rest! Timco definitely met our expectations and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! We will definitely call them again if any construction need arises in the future as we love to support our locally owned and family businesses.

This was my first time going through the process of getting a new roof due to the weather. I spoke with Jennifer from Timco construction and she was amazing! She guided me through the whole process and explained all that I needed to do. She was wonderful to work with and I would recommend any of my friends or family to her. The roof and cleanup was done in one day. After the cleanup was completed Jennifer came to the house to due a second walk through the yard to make sure everything was clean and picked up. If I could give more stars I would.

After a windstorm left my roof with missing shingles, my insurance company refused to help. Frustrated, I contacted Construction by Timco, and they sent Jen to assess the damage. She was incredible—climbing onto the roof, identifying issues, and confidently explaining that my outdated shingles entitled me to a full roof replacement under my insurance policy. Jen fought tirelessly for five months, securing not only the new roof but also additional funds for hidden damage. I could never have navigated this process alone. Thanks to Jen and Construction by Timco., I’m thrilled with the outcome and highly recommend their services!

Awesome work. They fought the insurance for me knowing policies better, I would have given up if I was fighting them alone. They were able to make the whole roofing process alot less stressful for me. Would absolutely recommend 10 out of 10
