We have had Cook’s Pest Control for about 4 years now and never had a complaint about them. They inform you when they are scheduled to come and they show up. Our technician, Gary, is such a kind and professional person. He’s willing to do anything you need in between services without the hassle of a sale upgrade. Customer service reps are always a pleasure to talk with. They are so respectful and willingly to help. Keep up the good work to everyone at Cook’s.

We have had Cook's Termite service for 25 years and it has been very effective. The technicians are all helpful, knowledgeable, and professional . They work hard and explain what they are doing. I was disappointed with the effectiveness of the mosquito treatments and the price of those treatments.

We use Cooks for all of our pest concerns and really like the company. Everyone i have spike with has been very knowledgeable and they know what they are doing. When I have called with a different pest issue they are very fast to get someone out. They explain everything they do and answer all questions. Very easy to work with!

I paid for a year of termite service with Cook's because I had active termites 1 year ago. They came and set up the baits but continuosly told me that they did not see any activity on said bait systems. I was a little concerned about this, but they reassured me that they got rid of them. Here we are 1 year later after my contract is up and I just found out I've had termites the WHOLE time. They never got rid of them and I have proof of this. I am looking at thousands in damage all because I took their word and believed they took care of the termites. I have asked about the warranty on their sentricon systems and get nowhere each time I call.
