Spoke with John for an initial consultation regarding ants. He asked me questions that I would think they’d know the answers to (do we need sprayed indoor and outdoor, how often do we want them to come) without telling me prices of anything. Told me I was incorrect and hung up on me after I informed him a different company would spray for pests while we were home. Seems unnecessarily rude. Spoke with another pest company for a consultation and they were much friendlier and knowledgeable and didn’t hang up on me. Wouldn’t call this company back especially when there are friendly options nearby.

Wyatt is punctual and always courteous. He let's us know when he will be arriving and the lets.us know he's there. Asks if there are any c problems he should address and let's us know when the work is complet. I really appreciate being informed.

Overall, I had a bad experience with this company since day one. I was charged for services not rendered, they did not follow the schedule and showed up unexpectedly. This occurred several times, so I complained. Every time I was supposed to receive a credit, I got charged instead. I also had a bad experience with one of their technicians. The technician came to my property to service the bait boxes and snap traps. All he did was walk around my yard for a few minutes, and then left without completing the service. My security cameras captured the above and the video was forwarded to a supervisor. The supervisor thanked me for forwarding the video to him and never heard from him again. Instead, I was once again charged for service not rendered. We went back and forth with this issue until they finally got it right and credited what they owed me. This company has many good reviews, which is one of the reasons why I hired them. I just got stuck with one dishonest employee and a billing department that was not communicating with their customer care dept. I decided to cancel services.

I have had Corky's Pest Control for 7 years since I bought my home, and have never had any problems. The technicians have always been very knowledgeable and able to tell me what and why they've done, whenever I've been home for the servicing of my home.

Corky's provides professional and personal service for all your pest control needs. I have used them for rodents, rodent proofing my house, your average bugs and ants, and on several occasions, bee and hive removal. All the technicians and the customer service provide top-notch quality care. I wish they also serviced LA County.

I’ve been really happy with the service I get from Corky’s. I have seen very few bugs (if any) since I started receiving their services. Considering I live in the foothills and had bug craziness before they started, I am so grateful for them!
