Cornerstone Home Inspection

Michael came out today to perform the home inspection of our new home. He was extremely professional, thorough, thoughtful, educational, and an overall pleasure to work with. My Fiancé and I had concerns going into the home inspection; however, Michael investigated the concerns, provided us with several solutions, and has eased our minds as we move forward in the home buying process. We would highly recommend Michael any day of the week!

I had Mike do my home inspection today and everything was great from start to finish. It was easy to schedule, he was communicative, and he was polite. He explained everything he found and a great deal of knowledge. Mike was even able to send an official report same day. I'd use him again any day!

Mike was fantastic! The entire process from scheduling, payment, the inspection itself, and our report were all incredibly efficient, professional, and thorough. Michael was great. He v was able to answer questions, and shared how our home was in terms of code, what was less than ideal, but safe and what needed to be fixed now. He was courteous, punctual and patient with my questions while dumbing things down to a point I could understand them. He was thorough and if I have to buy another house in the area he's the person I'd call.

We had an absolutely excellent experience with Mike at Cornerstone, and he was easily accessible for communications leading up to our inspection. He went out of his way to explain things to us that are important to know about our future home. I would certainly use him again down the road! Highly recommend.

Mike was absolutely amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was early to the inspection, finished his inspection report very quickly, and took the time during the inspection to not only show me things he found, he made sure to explain things in a manor that I could easily understand. Would I use him again? Yes. 100+ year old duplex. I appreciated his years of experience as well as use of technology, working together. His on-site technology allowed him to give answers on-site more than a look-see and a ladder. Explaining what a finding actually means, as well as potential cures, when I'm actually SEEING it was golden. Getting the report online, being able to have it the SAME day before I forgot details, much more than I expected.
