Austin and his team solved a major problem that most people in Buffalo, New York know all too well: snow and ice dams. These ice dams build up around gutters and cause significant damage year after year. Austin identified that I had a ventilation problem and came out to install all new soffits, gutters, fascia boards, and redo the back siding of my house—all in one day. Not only did he respond within hours of my initial contact, but he was at my house evaluating the issue that same day. By the weekend, everything I needed was installed. Most importantly, his crew cleaned up after themselves and left no mess in my driveway or backyard. I highly recommend CPO Roofing to anyone in need of siding, roofing, gutters, windows, or any exterior maintenance. Austin is truly a standup guy.

I was really hopeful with entrusting Austin and his team to replace my gutters but unfortunately upon completion of their work, there have been several issues. His team left a mess on my and my neighbors property with nails and cigarette butts everywhere which is a hazard not only to us but our dogs. There are leaks at every corner, and fasteners missing. They didn't even apply sealant where the gutter meets the downspout. I can see straight through it to the sky. I have been texting and calling for weeks to have them come back and remedy these issues but they never put me on the schedule. I might as well have kept my old gutters in place but now I'm several thousand in the hole for basically nothing. It was a rush job.

Austin is fantastic! Such a nice guy! He explained every thing thoroughly, worked with us on pricing, came and did the job the next day and showed us pics of the problem, pics throughout their day to show what and how it was repaired, and the end result. And they cleaned the entire time throughout! Honest and a hard worker. He and his team were great. Highly recommend. 10/10. Happy to have hired a local guy building a business!

We had a handful of companies that we visited with, and Austin stood above with his experience and professionalism. Despite some issues with the weather, he was always great with communication and finished the job as promised. Easily a 5 star rating for CPO roofing.

Having roofing being done next door is never fun. But I will say CPO was professional, efficient and helpful while doing my neighbors home. Our houses are extremely close together and not surprisingly, my house got dirty and a well cover was broken that prevents basement seepage. The owner was more than fair in fixing it and cleaning the side of my home! I will chose CPO when my roofs needs replacement!
