Croach Pest Control

Ryan did a great job explaining the different options available. He was polite and arrived on time. I feel comfortable having him come to my home and I look forward to working with him in the future. I also had Dylan come out to the house to complete a crawlspace inspection and rodent exclusion door. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain in detail what options I had moving forward. He is very friendly and I have already recommended this service to friends.

Not sure why I can't add a new review. But I have to add to my earlier review. Last month, new buyers noticed ants just after I'd called to cancel service. Selling my home of 15 years is just hard. But the ants! We enlisted Pest Free which then changed name to Croach way back 7 or 8 years ago. They offered a great service, beat the price of a competitor, and have been everything great. So.. after cancelling, I first worked on the phone with Delores to get this worked out. She had Michael come out to treat for ants immediately. And then they came back a week or two later, so Michael just left again. EVERY KIND OF AWESOME. First Michael was both friendly and professional. We know the protocol, so we had an enjoyable chat. I felt that Michael is actually the BEST service tech that Croach has ever sent out. Now hopefully the ants will stay away for at least 14 days and let me get out of here. :()

Ian was great. He came into our crawl space and did his inspection, letting me know what he found. He did all the work outside quickly, but completely. He was very professional and helpful, suggesting various ideas of how to keep things okay. He was also very helpful to remind me that we still have one more month of service and we should not remove all our outside boxes (for the mice), for another month month (as was thought we should do). He said he would just pick them up at a later date. I had forgot about it and he reminded me! Very nice.

They do decent job of getting rid of pests, for a few weeks after treatment. But when u cancel service, they charge u a fee. Even thou I signed no contract with them. Will never use them again, rip off

Ryan Knowland is an excellent technician who strives to be the best. He remembered topics from his last visit and was very thorough. He provided a good product to control an ant incident on an outdoor stone patio. Several paper wasp nests were eliminated from high roof locations. We look forward to his next visit and I hope Croach reward him appropriately because he likes the company. We also enjoy continuity with the same technician which often does not happen because of employee turn-over. Thank you, Ryan.

Craig took care of everything we requested. He came to our home a second time to deal with moles and while here offered to go in the crawl space to check on rodent activity, which he addressed. He was polite, professional, thorough, and efficient. He also replaced mice traps in the garage. I feel much better knowing our home is in good hands with Croach.
