We have had such excellent service from every crew sent to our home. The workers were very skilled, kind, respectful of our property, and made sure there was not a piece of trash left. Our Crown representative Kent James went above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend.

We hired Crown due to hail damage in summer of 2024 because we knew two individuals that worked for the company. Crown fixed the roof in fairly short order, but after that things became incredibly slow and communication almost non-existent. I had to contact them to get things done. It took until May of 2025 for them to finally follow through on ordering the windows and siding and a couple more months to install them. I had to continue to persist in order for them to complete the window order and the associated discussion with insurance. During the time that we have been working with them, more than five people that were in charge of our job have left, or are "no longer with" the company. That included the two individuals that we knew (they quit). I can't recommend them.

Noah and the rest of the team at Crown Exteriors did an excellent job assisting us with replacing our roof. Noah helped us work with our insurance company and provided information every step of the way. The installer team led by Hugo was exemplary in every step of the replacement work as well. My wife and I will be gladly letting friends and family know about Crown Exteriors, and we'll be happy to employ them again for future improvements and repairs.

The chase siding around our chimney was over 30 years old. The siding was beginning to rot and woodpeckers were constantly drilling new holes in it. We reach out to multiple vendors and found Crown Exteriors to be the most responsive and cost effective. A sales representative met us on site and helped us select a custom color that matched our existing exterior. We went with the James Hardie collection as it is made of a Fiber cement and would be impervious to water and future pests. The following month, our custom siding arrived, and the team promptly came out for installation. The installation team was extremely professional. In taking down the old siding, they did find rotted boards underneath and replaced them with new plywood. They also added a new insolation wrap that had not been used in the original construction. Finally, the did an excellent job cleaning up the job site after their work. The work they did was amazing. Honestly, the new siding looked better that our original siding. We did have an issue with the color match and Crown volunteered to pay for a professional painter to match our existing siding. Overall, the Crown team was extremely responsive. The quality of labor and materials were top notch. I highly recommend that you consider Crown for your future project needs.

Crown exteriors did an excellent job of replacing our siding and roof! From the beginning John worked with the insurance company to get our claim through. John and Danny were great to work with and excellent communicators. The siding and roof look gorgeous.

I recently had Crown Exteriors replace my roof, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and detail-oriented. The team led by Eric Otto took the time to explain the entire process and answer all my questions, making me feel confident in their expertise. Being a new homeowner with little to no experience in filing for claims, Eric spent time helping me to get the initial claim with my homeowner insurance. When the insurance adjuster came to inspect the roof, half of the roof was approved but the area covering the garage was excluded with a claim that there was no hail damage noted. The Crown Exteriors team took on the case and provided insurance with supporting documents on why the entire roof needed to be approved. The quality of their work is outstanding—the roof looks amazing, and they left the area spotless after completing the job. I was particularly impressed by their efficiency; the project was completed on time. I highly recommend Crown Exteriors to anyone in need of roofing services. Thank you for a job well done!
