This outfit was recommended on a NextDoor post and I’m so glad I found them. My work with Edwidge and Charles was exceptional. Truly one of those rare times when 5 stars are not sufficient. I wanted to have some can lights added to my master bath along with changing out the light fixture that had been there for 20 years. Charles, the owner, stopped by promptly so we could discuss exactly what I wanted and my options. Later in the day, he sent me a very competitive quote which I enthusiastically accepted. Edwidge arrived bright and early on the scheduled day. Again, we reviewed what I was looking to have done. He was very friendly and competent. He got right to it. I was so impressed with his speed and efficiency and I was absolutely thrilled with the results. I encourage anyone looking to have some electrical work done to contact CT Electrical Services and afford them the opportunity to impress!

I have used CT on a number of remodel projects from kitchen and bath to full home over 5 thousand sq ft. Charles and his crew have always been very professional with good communication, great work ethic, and seeing jobs to completion, regardless of the challenges that arise with remodels. Since you've repeatedly asked for feedback, here it is—direct and honest. Unlike other companies that clearly explained their services and procedures, this one did not. I was stunned to discover—after the work was done—that my electrical panel had been moved outside. As a senior, having to go outdoors to reset it is unacceptable. Your employee dismissed my concern with, "You should read the contract," showing zero empathy or professionalism. Had this been properly explained, I would never have hired your company. My request to keep the panel inside the garage was ignored entirely. I paid a significant amount for this job, and on a limited budget, the outcome is deeply disappointing. The lack of communication, disregard for my needs, and flippant attitude are inexcusable. I now refer friends and family to other companies—ones that respect their clients and communicate clearly. I will never recommend this overpriced, inconsiderate business

Excellent service and price for a new 200 amp panel and a mix of 230 / 120 V outlets. Charles is great to work with and I send my best wishes as his company grows.

Charles and his team are the BEST!! For any electrical needs, don't hesitate to reach out to them. They do it all. We've had them do several things for us: install a 220 plug for an electric car, install thermostats, add recessed/undermount lighting to the outside of our home, and they performed all internal/external electrical tasks during our whole-home remodel (which included a new panel, new lighting, new switches/outlets, etc.)!! CT Electrical Services should be your go-to electrician...like they are for us. Thank you Charles and Team for all that you have done, and continue to do, for us. You guys definitely are the BEST!!

The owner, Charles, along with his electricians are friendly and professional and did a great job for me. I was able to get a bid and they were very flexible with me as I added a bit more to my project list. I found their bid to be reasonable and they delivered a quality job!
