Dadson Laundry - Machine Leasing & Repairs

They put in the machines and walk away. They are horrible at maintaining the machines. Won't come out till every machine is out of order. Standing water stinks up the whole building. The management of the apartment complex can't even get them to respond. The share holders should be mad at the lost income and bad reviews. I really don't think they care at all. Edit: Oct. 2, 2025 If they, I am speaking of customer service, had even looked into the current existing work orders they would have found my and other reports . Just a little work would have done it. Edit: Oct.6, 2025 Well the weekend went by. Somehow all the machines were reset but not fixed. Now all the machines have standing water in them. Stinks like sewage. I'm going to add the new video. Everyone had to go and wash at the laundry mat. So sad I can't add another new video. Edit: Oct 10, 2025 We had a notification that we would have maintenance on Thursday the 9th. Nobody showed up. Still not working today. So sad. Edit: Oct 31,2025 They fixed a few washers. Most of the residents were going to the laundry mat. We decided to try this morning. One worked and the other filled up then stopped. We had to fish everything out and paid again. We turned in the bad washer and asked for a refund. We got a reply of you already asked for a refund five months ago that we didn't give you so since you have one pending you are out of luck.

Easy to use machines and app. HOWEVER, Dadson doesn’t honor the "request refund" feature for unused credit on their app. (Available for residents who have moved and no longer have access to these machines). I’ve been trying (unsuccessfully) to get a refund/return of funds from my unused Dadson CleanPay account for over a year now. Not sure why they even offer the feature- likely for optics, but it’s frustrating all the same. Side Note- Dadson offering entry to a $500 Amazon giveaway in exchange for reviews is pretty shady work. Seems to me like they’re trying to drown out the critical reviews to boost their overall rating.

i bought a wash machine so i no longer needed their service. i requested a refund of the money left on my laundry card in May 2025. it took until the month of July for one very helpful employee who presented my problem to accounting they marked my account refunded but took another charge out of my account and never refunded my money This is now the month of September and i have gotten so many excuses and still have not refunded or given me my money which has now doubled. There is NO listed of corporate officers or office.It has been 4 months now. DO NOT USE THEIR CARD. I guess i have to go on Judge Judy

If there was an option for a negative review I would ahve used it. This company is a complete scam. They signed me up for a 2yr contract on August 20th. Every day they promised to deliver the washing machines and dryers to my apartment buildings and never did. The constably make up stories especially Larry Diamond who blocked me because i was calling every other day for an update. Rather than giving realistic time lines and decent customer service they just blocked me after saying "sorry it did'nt work out". If you choose to work with these unethically and unprofessional company after reading this review you only have yourself to blame. I stand by every word and any potential customer that wish me to furnish proof of all these claims please just email or call me.

Convenient way to wash & dry. I don’t have to take an extra trip to the bank for quarters! Simply download the app & add funds. Scan barcode to start a load. It will alert you when clothes are done washing/drying!

We have these machines at my apartment complex. I like the ability to use the clean pay application to qr code scan the machine and to load money. These machines seem to add an extra minute or two to the cycles and I have to add a few minutes extra to the dryer otherwise my clothes are still damp

The app is so easy to use. It's really nice not having to worry about having quarters to do laundry and being able to see the timers on each machine I'm using on my phone was so helpful. I wish every laundromat used this app.
