We had Daleen Restoration & Remediation come out last week because we had repeated leaks over the past year under our kitchen sink from our RO system, and we were about to get the plumbing fully replaced and new counters installed. It dawned on us in the last hour that there would likely be mold below the cabinet because of the slow leaks. We called Daleen out to inspect, and Kevin responded quickly and came out to confirm our suspicions. He got a quote for the needed work over quickly, and once we agreed to the work, he got his team out the next day, which was very much appreciated since we were on a huge time crunch with our counter top installation already scheduled. The crew that came out were very friendly and professional. They did a great job of prepping the space for the work to keep the exposed mold contained. When they opened things up, the mold extended further than what our initial work agreement had included. At that point Kevin sent a manager out to talk us through what the expanded work may include and the price implications of that. The manager let us know he was quoting us on the high end so that there wouldn’t be any surprises at the end, which I really appreciated. But the part that was the most appreciated, was that when the work went a lot quicker than anticipated ( they were anticipating it could roll into the next day) …. They didn’t end up adding on any additional charges to our original agreement, which we were so thankful for, and which speaks to the honesty & good character of the entire company and how they’re doing business. We felt that we got great quality work and didn’t get taken advantage of, during a time when we were pretty desperate because of our time constrictions. Thank you to Daleen Restoration & Remediation for the high quality work, the quick response times, the professionalism, and taking good care of our project from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to call again for any future needs!
