Terrible service Had my fridge fixed by them in January last year On march not even 2 m after the freezer was leaking water and the gum around the door completely loose and destroyed kept calling finally came but still did not work I was busy then it became even worse last month told them to call supplier because this is a terrible service and quality and I am still waiting I wasted 1000 total to repair it No respect to consumer at all I do not recommend this company

All the good reviews are from the owners themselves to up the rating. They’re unprofessional, sneaky, and irresponsible business owners. I have tons of pictures, videos, and voicemails to prove the extent of the unprofessionalism. I am going to report the false 5 star reviews as well. I might even reach BBB and report them too.

Me atendieron muy bien en este lugar, me ayudaron y encontré lo que estaba buscando. También tienen servicio de entrega a la casa y me llegó mi equipo en tiempo y perfectas condiciones. Los recomiendo 100 por ciento.

Purchased a refrigerator, washer and dryer and stove from them. Asked them to hold my stuff for 5 days while the property was being tented. Called to schedule delivery and the owner told me the refrigerator they were holding for me was sold by mistake. I passed by to select another refrigerator and asked them to deliver everything. They did not deliver on the original date, I called and texted the owner, Danny a number of times and they finally delivered a day later. After installing everything, my GC noticed the refrigerator was not making ice. I tried contacting Danny again, no answer. My GC was able to get a hold of him a day later, Danny told him to let the ice maker run for a couple more days and call him if it still didn't make ice. We let the ice maker run as instructed, still very little ice. Called and texted Danny, no answer to either. Now the refrigerator does not make ice or get cold enough to freeze ice cream. I ended up purchasing a new refrigerator at Best Buy. They claim to provide a 3 month warranty, however if you have an issue, from my experience, don't expect them to answer. I will never buy anything from this company again buyer beware.

Peor servicio que e tenido en mi vida. - Si los llaman no contestan - son muy informales te dicen que van a ir un dia y al final no van. - Cuando te cobran la primera ves ya no les interesa si funciona o no el trabajo. - llevo mas de 2 meses llamandolos y no cojen el telefono porque el trabajo que me hicieron no valio la pena para nada sigue igual de malo que como estaba o quizas peor. En fin no le recomiendo a nadie que quiera reparar algo en su casa.

The worse business ever, do not do business here no customer service lady is rude, the owner is giving the run around.... worse place ever to do business I wish I could rate a 0 star rating. I wouldn't piss on these people if they was on fire... we got a washer and dryer and a fridge and they all broke within 5 days and they refuse to honor 90 day warranty. This place is a joke. Your better off buying from a home owner on Craigslist then these people. Save your money and headache dealing with these people.
