Doug was a very thorough and professional inspector. I was very impressed with the detail and the pictures that he took. I was so impressed with the home I was selling that I was sure to ask for him to inspect the home I am buying. Once again very thorough, detailed and pictures showed everything that needed to be taken care of. Excellent work could not ask for anyone better doing a home inspection.

Doug was a great inspector and was very thorough. He completed the phase and final inspection for us. We weren't able to be there for both inspections but he maintained constant communication with us and our realtor through the whole process and we appreciated that. Report was very organized and easy to read.

Very unfavorable experience. We used Doug to inspect a home we planned to purchase. During the inspection he turned on the upstairs bathroom faucets, left them on, and walked away but didn't check for proper drain operation. While he was in another area of the home, both sinks overflowed with water onto the vanity, upstairs floor, through the ceiling and through a light fixture and vent in the kitchen, causing damage and inconvenience to all parties involved. Surprisingly, rather than accepting responsibility for his negligence, he attempted to blame the mishap on the tenants for not informing him of a drain problem. It seems the purpose of a home inspector is to discover, not cause, problems. He eventually paid for damages but grudgingly and negatively impacted the buying process. I would not recommend his company for a home inspection.

Doug was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, he explained everything he was doing provided a very informative report afterwards. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a home inspection.
