Gerry Dillman did an amazing job installing our residential sidewalks and a few pads. He went above and beyond our expectations by giving us great advice and keeping the job site clean. Honestly, I was surprised that he remembered so much detail since he doesn’t use computers. "No computers for me," Gerry likes to say. But a simple handshake and a promise to do the job right proved that he’s a reliable guy. Today, it’s hard to find a professional who’s honest and fair, but if you need any concrete work, Dillman’s Custom Concrete is my top recommendation!

My project was started to help keep the crew busy because another scheduled job was postponed. Unfortunately, I believe because of this delay, my patio was rushed. The quality of the finished brush work is not uniform and is different shades - like they tried to brush the concrete after it had already dried. There is also cement splatter on the house siding, as well as some of the landscaping, edging, and sprinklers were smashed or broken. I reached out to Mr. Dillmann, but I was told it was the way the concrete was curing. However, no one reached out to me.

I honestly did not think this type of workmanship, customer service, and timeliness even existed anymore! Gerry Dillmann, the owner, was stellar, as was his work crew. He called the evening the concrete was laid and asked if I had any concerns. I have never had any contractor call and ask if I was pleased with the work. Gerry is an upstanding man with a work ethnic that you don't see much of anymore!
