Dockery's Appliance is owned and operated by a lovely family. We are repeat customers because they have great prices and provide EXCELLENT SERVICE.

I have a ge cafe series refrigerator that was freezing up. Called them, they came quickly and diagnosed the problem with multiple sensors needed to be replaced. They had the parts on hand. Very happy with the service, price, and professionalism. Will definitely use them again rather than replacing these expensive appliances that seem to break often due to all the electronics these days.

I called Dockery's Appliance Repair Service to repair a broken glass door on my Whirlpool Stove. They ordered and installed the front glass which later came off the stove again. When I called and informed them of the glass coming off they promptly sent a repair technician over who temporarily taped the glass door to the stove and informed me he would look into it. Mr. Dockery called me back and informed me that the glass for the door was missing the frame and he had no record of ordering the part that was installed. Rather than solving my problem I was informed that they sell stoves. Although I support small business' in this case Dockery's left me without a working stove and a very dissatisfied customer.

I would recommend Dockery’s for anyone who needs their fridge repaired. Our compressor stopped working and they were able to get the replacement parts installed before Christmas! Every team member I worked with was very cordial, professional, responsive, punctual, and knowledgeable. LG had sent the wrong computer board, so our technician simply reprogrammed the existing one to work with the new compressor. Truly great work and we will definitely be calling on them again for future repairs!

Great service and would recommend. Replaced the compressor on the refrigerator the same day the part arrived. Awful experience with this LG refrigerator but very pleasant experience dealing with Dockery's. Hopefully no more appliances ever break down again, but if they do we will return to Dockery's.

Dockery's is fantastic! It was a delight to do business with this local family business. They are professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and extremely nice. They followed through quickly on everything, and communicated closely throughout the process. Their attention to detail was terrific! My stove was meticulously reconditioned into a sparkling gem, a real work of art. Every refurbished appliance in their store gleams - it's more like a museum than a store! The Dockerys helped me with a difficult, last minute situation, and navigated my difficult building management regulations with patience. I simply cannot recommend them highly enough - thank you, Dockerys!

First time using this company. Dockeys was referred to me by a real estate agent friend. I was having an issue with my fridge making a really loud noise periodically (several times a day). I called and made an appointment. They were very open to working with my schedule and were able to come by the very next day. The technician (Juno) showed up on time, knew within 5 mins of looking at the fridge, what the problem was, and how to fix it. He let me know that he might have the part in his truck (and if not, he would be able to go get the part from the office). Someone called from the office about 15 mins later to let me know that Juno had gone to the office and gave me an approximate time that he would be back. He got back with the part, had it swapped in a couple of mins, made sure the fridge was back where it was supposed to be, and was professional the whole way through. It was a great experience and I will definitely be reaching out again for all appliance issues. They are a family run business based in Mount Vernon.
