Done Done Services

I'm totally frustrated and disappointed with Done Done Services. Unfortunately, this is long but I feel the need. Our home needs to have the framing around our basement windows redone because our original builders didn't put proper framing in and its rotting. The windows are good vinyl windows and are fine. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate with Done Done Services for Friday, July 31st. The gentleman came to the house and looked around to do the estimate. He told my husband that one of the windows looked as of it may have a leak because there was some fog in it and we may want to replace it. When he was finishing up, he asked my husband if we wanted new windows included in the estimate. My husband told him we wanted just the framing. The estimater said that he would write it up with the window replacement and without so we can see the difference. He told us it would be about a week for us to get the estimate and he would email it. One week would've brought us to Friday, Aug. 7th. I didn't receive an email and I didn't get one over the weekend or Monday morning. Then Derecho hit Monday afternoon. I finally received an email estimate on Tuesday, Sept 1st, a FULL month later!! And then it wasn't for what we asked. It was only the estimate with all the windows replaced. All the labor was lumped together so no way to tell what it would cost for our original request with NO window replacement. I emailed him back to let him know and he apologized in an email and said he'd get us the new estimate the next day. I have yet to hear back from him and it's now been a week and a half. So disappointed.

Done Done replaced a whole house attic fan for us in October of 2016. Due the fridged cold this winter the fan was dripping condensation. My husband put some insulation in the attic to solve the problem. Today the corner of the fan cover came loose from the ceiling. I called Done Done was was surprised the work was done over a year ago and no longer under warranty. Due to the cold they agreed to take a look at it to review their work. They were able to send someone out very quickly. Ben installed difference togle bolts to hold the fan in the ceiling. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and did a great job. The company did not charge us even though our warranty was technologically up!!

We contacted Done Done Services to put a wheelchair ramp and small deck off the back of my parents home. My dad’s condition deteriorated quickly and when I told this to Sarah, who answered the phone, her first response was that she was sorry to hear about my dad, then she said they would try to get the project done as quickly as possible. Jason came out the following day on Friday for the estimate and by the following Friday, we had a finished project!!! Brian, TJ and Logan did a fabulous job. We were able to utilize it with dad 3-4 times before he was bedridden and will be forever grateful that our project was made priority and we were able to enjoy these special memories with dad. Many many thanks!!!

Very impressive and responsive service. Timely and efficient from the first phone call. They made a screened porch in my over 100-year old home gleam with their cleaning and painting, and power washed my gutters till they look like new. Fair prices. I highly recommend Mike, Scott, and especially Ben who understood what the house needed and then some. Their advertising says '.. If you don't see it on the list, just ask' and wow, is that ever true! I'm a customer for life. Call them, you will not be disappointed.

A very good value, Quick timing, Quality work. We had Done Done staff come to finish some loose-ends as we preped our home for sale. They addressed all our concerns (outside trim, flooring replacement, kitchen cabinets, painting...) with quality that made the new home owners happy as well as their inspector :o)

A estimated 2 week job of remodling a small 30 sq ft bathroom took over 5 months. It wasnt even a big remodel - closing off a Window, install shower, paint, and sand job. Cost almost $10,000. Overpriced. Won’t list prices for inventory and labor. Red flag right there. Contractors are the kind that don’t take the time to caulk between tile and bathtub, sand properly, and forget to paint certain areas. They brought in a "designer" and our main objective in the bathroom was to "water proof" it. So no mold could grow. After the remodel was done the first thing that happened was the ceiling started to bubble and crack. They fixed that after numerous attempts. Water started dripping into the basement and our plumber told us that it was from the remodel. They came and denied it but the water stopped leaking and the plumber said they must have put some 1$ putty. Then the paint on the cabinets started to bubble and crack. WE fixed that so not to deal with them. When the shower surround starting bubbling after the first use - we were told that it’s normal. They came and attempted to fix it but it still didn’t work. After numerous uses we had to replace the surround ourselves only because they already came and fixed things numerous times and we didn’t want to deal with them again. We even caulked ourselves the places they forgot to because we were so tired of dealing with them. Done and done services will get stuff done alright but not done well and it will take a chunk out of your wallet and your spirit. It was our first remodel and we felt we were conned and hustled. Lots of lessons learned. Do not recommend.

Driving by Gander Mountain on Blairs Ferry Rd, I saw Done Done Services hard at work. I thought you should know, those guys working are doing a fabulous job. They look very professional, and hard working. You should be very proud of the guys you have there. They all seem to know what it is thats expected of them and they all seem to be doing what it takes to get the job done. They all look GREAT!! Nice job, Done Done. And remember, its not Done until its Done Done
