Great service, honest and dependable. We called to see if tv could be repaired. He came out and said it really wasn't worth it. Too expensive to fix vs getting a new one. When we got a new one we asked if he could come out and hook up the surround sound. Very professional and we would definitely do business with him again.

Andrew helped me every step of the way. He is knowledgeable and made great recommendations. He even met me at the store because my car was too small to transport the TV. He removed my old TV and set up the new one. He explained how everything worked before he left. All around great service! Highly recommend!!

Unprofessional, Was not made aware of the service fee until 20 minutes after arrival at my home. He never mentioned a fee or deposit. He FaceTimes my husband said he felt the tv could be fixed. My husband said he didn’t mention the cost of coming to look at the Tv at all not even when he called an hour before coming. Knowing most people don’t carry cash I find this to somewhat a SCAM tactic. We foolishly assumed it wouldn’t cost more than $75 just to diagnose the Tv. To our surprise $150 for a 15 minute diagnoses of a tv not worth fixing. If the price was discussed when the request was made we would have not had it looked at. Beware of the service fees before scheduling. The husband didn’t want to pay him but paid the fee and will take it as a lesson we learned. BEWARE of OVERPAYING

The customer service is excellent, I brought down my TV, I had a call back the next day with how to fix the issue and an estimated cost. The TV was done before the commit date and it was below the estimated cost. Andrew is a shinning example of how to provide the best customer service. I'm going to add him to my Christmas Card List!!

Great service and pricing!! The owner is very nice and knowledgeable he took me through the entire process and told me what he was fixing and why. And he fixed my TV in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Don's TV repair to all my friends with TV issue's.

Best repair service call I have ever made. Scheduled an appointment for within 24 hours....came to my house to see what the tv problem was and going the extra mile to find parts, if available, to fix my tv.
