Our remodeling experience with Robert and his crew was amazing! From my initial contact for the estimate to the completion of the project, they were very professional and went above and beyond what was expected. Robert patiently addressed all my questions and concerns and the project came out so much better than we had expected. I never had any concern with their craftsmanship or knowledge of what they were doing. Everything from electrical to painting was exceptionally good. I will hire Robert and Down 2 Earth for future projects and highly recommend them! On a side note, Robert has a great singing voice that I would often hear while he was working. Absolutely wonderful experience! Robert installed a wall entry pet door through our brick wall. I didn’t purchase the extension tunnel (which, we ended up needing) so Robert creatively devised his own device which fit seamlessly and looks as it was designed to be. Professional, neat (cleaned up throughout the process) knowledgeable, and hardworking. I will definitely be using him again. Highly recommend his work! Thank you so much!
