I was in the home depot parking lot walking to my vehicle with an employee driving a truck.Cut me off while I was walking.Where I had a completely go out of my way to go around them.Then, he goes out his way and stops.When i'm going around him where I almost walk into his truck like it's funny.He chose to purposely.Cut me off while i'm walking instead of waiting three minutes.So I can walk past him.He hit me almost two times in less than a 60 sec period. Although I did not use this companies service. I had an excellent interaction with one of their employees. I was doing a DIY home improvement project running wire underground from my house to where a gazebo was set to be placed the following day. I had read so much conflicting information online about what wire to use, to run PVC conduit or metal EMT conduit etc. As I walked into the Home Depot off Crismon and the 60 I noticed a gentleman with a DP Electric shirt and asked for advice. He could not have been any more professional or helpful. He walked down the electrical isle with me telling me exactly what I needed and how to do it. I do wish I would have got his name however if you’re reading this I greatly appreciate the help! If I ever do find myself in need of an electrician I would not hesitate to contact DP Electric after this positive encounter with their employee.

Need to do better with accommodating to their employees work locations . Having someone drive 2 1/2 hours away is ridiculous. That’s why addresses are updated on portal . If dp cares about their team , I feel like a better assessment to their address and work sites should definitely be prioritized and knowledge that their employees can commute daily to get the job done .

Whoever was driving this vehicle 9/19/24 has been texting and driving, almost hit the curb on the sidewalk.

Showed up Monday morning and started drilling our driveway with no notifications. Said they knocked on the door but we were sitting right in the living room and never heard a thing. We run businesses and need to be able to leave at a moment's notice. Very poor communication skills! To say the least. They said it would be a very small hole and we could drive around it but with wet cement it's going to be tricky and it's a lot bigger hole than the drill. They didn't even dig down to find the pipe they just said oops it's not there and put the patch back. Gas lines are at least 4 ft deep. What a waste. So my question is, who's going to pay for it when the patch breaks up?
