Drylux Restoration

We had a ceiling leak that needed to be located and repaired. Nick, the project manager, was wonderful in terms of communication and making sure our problem was addressed as soon as possible (he was able to have his technicians arrive the same day shortly after meeting with him). Michael and Kelten did an outstanding job handling the drywall removal on the ceiling as well as locating the leak. They made sure to cover the surroundings thoroughly, and ensured that the area was cleaned up before leaving. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and detail-oriented. Truly exceptional service!

Worked with Bryce to get our quote for a leak in our rainfall shower. He was friendly, fair, and knowledgeable. When Chris came out to do the work, he was awesome and respectful. Been very happy with our experience thus far.

Absolute scam do not recommend at all! I wish I had done my due diligence and looked into their reviews prior to them coming to our house. Our home warranty recommended them and we just went with it. We came home from our honeymoon to a kitchen leak and roof leaks 🙁 Justin came over and promised us if we went with him he would ensure both insurance claims got approved and would give us a discount and we wouldn’t pay anything unless the claims got approved. He said he had to add fans to show insurance work was being done and do asbestos testing. He said there would be no charge for either and made us sign a contract that only said we would only use his company. Then radio silence- absolutely nothing he did not do anything with insurance did not act as a facilitator between us and insurance as he promised and stopped answered our calls and texts. We finally got ahold of drylux and told them to remove the fans as we were going to work with another company, and I confirmed yet again we wouldn’t be charged for the fans since Drylux wasn’t doing any work on the house. Since then one of their 5 or 6 "sister" companies have called and tried to extort money from us claiming we owe thousands- when we were NEVER told we would owe money for any of the "services". I have asked for the issues to be escalated and them to check recordings of my calls with them to hear their employees telling me I owe nothing on the fans, but get nowhere. Leaving this review is my last resort. This company is a complete and utter scam and am I am so disheartened to see how they continue to do this to others in other reviews.

Chris came in and was very professional. He got everything covered to prevent the dust from the cabinet work from flying all over. Got the work done in about two hours and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving.

Chris R. Did a great job! Layton, Lacee, everyone I had a chance to talk and work with were wonderful. I always need to hire a contractor for various reasons: usually they are late or uncommunicative. Not this company. Each person was on time and contacted me to keep me in the loop respectable. I appreciate their help and if the need arises I will be using them again. Highly recommended!

Chris and his team came out to my house, to locate a small leak i had behind my garage wall. They arrived on time, we're very professional, walked/talked me through the process of what they were going to do and set realistic expectations. They got to work right away, took necessary steps to ensure there wouldn't be too big a mess created and performed their work perfectly. They located the leak, cleaned up the area, left fans and a dehumidifier so the area would be clean and ready for my plumber. I am very happy that I was referred to them.

We had a ceiling leak that required drywall removal in our ceiling. AJ and Roadie were assigned to our home. They were on time, polite, courteous, covered our belongings, and used equipment for dust & debris control. When finished, they covered the holes, cleaned their mess and washed our floors.
