DSI North Door Systems

From our first meeting with Jay to the install with Dana, the service was great! We received pictures showing us our new door options so we could see how they would look on our house. Once we selected the door the service was organized, professional and timely. On installation day, Dana was prompt, efficient and pleasant. Once the door was installed, he took all the waste from our old door and opener. He then explained how the door works. He was great and we love our new door. It looks so good!! We are very happy with our new door.

Worked with Jay on choosing a door for our Mid Century modern renovation. Needed a faux wood look to match a wood front door. I scoured the internet and found a Clopay door of which Jay tracked down and ordered. Jay also noticed that our garage floor was not level and shared his concern. We fixed that before install. Our door was ordered early, and our renovation went far longer than we expected. Marianna was great every time I called and pushed off the install date (this happened for 3 months). Finally, on install day Danny and Caleb showed up to install our beautiful door. They were friendly, professional, clean, efficient and enthusiastic about our new door. They hadn’t installed this exact door before and they genuinely loved seeing a new product. Overall, I cant say enough positive things about this entire experience from order, to scheduling to install.

Great customer service from the first inquiry about replacing 2 garage doors, sending someone out quickly to survey and price from my preferences. Other company did phone estimate and would send someone if we signed up to complete pricing. Gave price options to meet my budget. Scheduled out a few weeks and gave timeline they kept to for arrival and completion. Called and texted arrival time too. Professional and pleasant with customer satisfaction of completed work. Would recommend to others.

Joe Rock was here on schedule and completed the work in a timely manner.. very courteous. My first appointment on 11/3 to arrive between 1:30/3:15… no show, no call to me… I had to call to check status at 3:45… finally around 4:00 the tech said he could arrive in a while… I said no… had to reschedule… waste of my time… disappointed

The quality of work installing the door and opener was excellent. The people I worked with from the front office, the individual who came out to see our specific situation, to the individual who did the work were all professional and congenial. It was truly a pleasure to work with each of them. Based on my experience, I recommend DSI.

DSI was great to work with to replace our garage door and opener. Jay worked with us through initial sales process to pick out the perfect hardware, get it ordered and quickly scheduled for installation. The install crew showed up right in time, were professional and efficient getting the new door and opener installed in a few hours. The new door looks great and the new opener is amazingly quiet. Had DSI replace my remotes for the doors and they installed a key pad for the outside to get in. They also tuned up my motor and springs and replaced some bolts. They did a fantastic job, very friendly and helpful. Just a great job all around and recommend them for anybody that needs assistance.
