Dynasty Roofing

We were looking for someone to replace our roof. While our tin roof was only 12 years, whoever installed it, didn’t do it properly so we were dealing with popped screws and leaks. Scott, Corey and team were amazing! Right from our initial contact with them, they were professional and aimed for exceptional customer service. The quote was right in line with two others we received but because of how responsive they were, we chose them. Scheduling was easy. They kept us up to date on their schedule, and called us a week out and the day before. Corey showed up right on schedule and no time was wasted. They ended up having to replace over 30 sheets of plywood! Even they said they never imagined it was that bad! The roof was replaced and cleanup complete in just over half of a day. The following morning, Scott came to do a final inspection and 2nd sweep for screws. We highly recommend this local family business!

Scott and Corey were great to deal with. Scott was super responsive right off the bat with a thorough inspection of roof and timely quote. Scheduling was a breeze and constant check ins on if we had decided on a shingle color was appreciated. Day of Corey was there right on time with crew. I had 7 skylights to replace and one was damaged by supplier so they had to come finish up second day. Communicated it immediately and kept us in the loop right along. Was able to get us back a few bucks on an additional siding/fascia repair and appreciated how they prepared for worst case scenario so it wouldn't be more expensive on roof day. Hard working crew who was there almost 12 hours and finished up the second day by just after lunch. Dumpster pick up came moment's after they left and it was like no one was there. Deck, yard, cleanup was great. All the 5 star reviews are well deserved. Don't be skeptical. They do a great job and stand out above the rest.

Dynasty Roofing did an exceptional job on my roof . They were very professional, thoroughly explaining the process from start to finish . I give them 5 stars and would highly recommend them to anyone requiring roofing work. They ensured a thorough cleanup of debris and were very respectful of my property.

Shane, Scott, Corey and their team were absolutely wonderful to work with! We had the very old roofs of a boathouse and cabana replaced and we can’t say enough about the professionalism, efficiency and friendliness of each member of the team. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship for the entire project was exemplary, including the plywood needs, tongue and groove replacements, and the cupola top. They were timely from beginning to end, including the final inspection. Their clean up was perfect. We will definitely refer friends and family who are in need of roofing projects!!

It was a pleasure working with Dynasty Roofing, from the beginning to completion. Gave us a very comprehensive estimate and answered all of our questions without hesitation. Arrived on the scheduled day at 7:30 am and completed separate 24x30 garage and house by 7 pm. Very courteous work force and all were well trained and professional. Everything was cleaned up, no debris or nails left behind. When they left that night you could not tell they had been here. Except for very nice new roof. Would recommend this company 100%.

Extremely pleased with the job. They were super communicative, fast and professional installation, and great clean up job after. The best part, in my mind, was the quick fix of a small issue (very small- crack in a piece of siding that went unnoticed). They were out the next day and got everything perfect. It says a lot about a company that is quick to fix issues rather than deflect or ignore, because we all make mistakes.

We’ve had Dynasty Roofing do 2 roofs in our family. One in Baldwinsville & a second in Mattydale,NY. Both times the owners Scott & Corey were totally engaged in the process. Unlike so many roofing companies today, Dynasty roofing has an owner on sight working with the crew the whole time. Making sure all the detail work comes out according to plan and to the satisfaction of the owner. Really refreshing to see integrity in this business!!
