They came quickly to check for bed bugs. They found none in my bed. Also looked at the bites on my back and said they weren't from bed bugs. A few months later, something made me check in the fold of the recliner l was sitting in. All kinds of bed bugs right at the height my upper back was being bitten. They didn't check my recliners and l didn't think about it, but they are supposed to be professionals. They apparently don't know where to look for bed bugs or know what the bites look like. l've had great success on getting rid of them myself

The guy who helped us was super polite and accommodating. We had just moved into a house that pests had taken over so he had to dive around unpacked boxes and pest mess and was very polite and non judgemental the whole time.
