Hired Electric Solutions of Richmond to install Tesla wall connecfor in my garage and they handled everything from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and they were always available to answer my questions. The work was done carefully and to a high standard. David truly stand behind his work, making sure everything is completed safely correctly. Very professional and dependable—highly recommended!

My experience with Electronic Solutions (ES) of Richmond did not go well. Although the staff was nice and polite, the two electricians dispatched to my home could not figure out the issue with my kitchen exhaust hood, which was not working. After less than two hours at my home, I was charged $318 with nothing to show for it. I called another vendor and in less than 15 minutes I was told the fan switch at the hood was bad (an electrical issue at the switch). That was only a $139 service fee for that diagnosis. I indicated on the initial call with ES of Richmond that it was an exhaust fan (appliance) issue, and if they didn't work with appliances, it would have been great to know.

I had a whole house surge protector installed by Electric Solutions (ES). When my washer conked out, I called ES for info to redeem the manufacture warranty on the part. They consulted with me and replaced the surge protector though confident that my place was not affected by a surge. They wanted me to have peace of mind in their service, which is friendly, reliable, and value added!

We have used Electrical Solutions of Richmond a couple of times now. Both times we felt they were thorough, laid back yet professional, and kept us informed through the process. Would recommend them, and will use their services again in the future. 5 stars, thank you!

When my home lost power on a day when the temperature was 12 degrees F, I called Electrical Solutions and they arrived quickly to assess the situation. Our electrical panel was ancient and needed to be replaced, which the team was able to complete the next day. The lead electrician worked quickly and efficiently to finish the job and get our power (and most importantly our heat) turned back on. The owners went above and beyond for my family and we will definitely hire them again in the future. 5 stars!
