Express Electric

They were hiring by my general contractor to help with a buildout. There were so many electrical issues that after we opened we had to hire another electrician to fix their issues. There was one spot we needed a new outlet. They put one in. It has no power to it. The head electrician multiple times would show up, walk through the building and leave. At least 10 times I saw him do that. Never actually worked on anything. Pretty sure it was so he could charge a callout fee.

A one star is being generous. An electrical line quit feeding from an outlet to an electric security gate for my drive way. I called on Thursday and team was sent out that day. After trouble shooting and replacing the GFI outlet (which I supplied) they were paid $180.00 and left. The elctrical line worked two days and was dead again. I called Express Electric on Monday and was told the crew would be sent out that morning...no show. I called again Thursday morning and was promised service that day...no show. I called again on Friday and was promised service and would be the second call to be routed Friday morning...no show. It is bad enough that I can not access my driveway or garage with the electric security gate, but the fact that I was straight up lied to three times and wasted three full days waiting for service is inexcusable. Never do business with a company that lies to you.

Most amazing people I have met in a long time I needed a meter box cover called Xpress electric he was out there within 30 minutes a meter box lid in an hour didn’t charge me at all they are absolutely amazing people and I will be using them from now on for all my electrical needs....I can’t give them enough stars

Finally got on their dance card. Great service, great guys. In and out in one day.
