Beacon Plumbing, Heating, Electrical & Mechanical Inc - Auburn

Brent and Isaiah were absolutely AMAZING at short notice! They arrived less than 2 hours after we'd called about finding a leak in our crawlspace - we were met with these 2 confident men who'd made us feel at ease about repairing our leak. Brent kept us fully updated with every step and included us in the visual progress being made. Both were genuinely professional and knowledgeable about our situation and were quick and efficient. Our leak was fixed and the water restored quickly. Thank you Beacon for these amazing gentlemen. We're thrilled!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Beacon for all of your plumbing needs.

One star for showing up the night my furnace went out. They didn't follow up with me the next day. I followed up with them a few days later. They tried to scam me and tell me that the entire circuit board needed to be replaced. It would be $1200 just for the part! I had Allred show up, and just a couple of parts in the furnace needed to be cleaned. No parts needed to be replaced. If you can wait a day or so, please don't go with Beacon for your mechanical needs.

Nate and Riley did an outstanding job. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating to my specific situation. My water heater hadn’t been serviced in several years, and they took the time to explain everything clearly before getting to work. They were thorough with the cleaning and maintenance, and the difference was noticeable right away. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the respect they showed for my home. Highly recommend their service!

Nate and Riley were outstanding! We had a different plumbing company out the day before them that wanted to charge us over $35,000 to dig holes and tear down walls. When we went for a second opinion from Nate and Riley, they quickly found the solution to our problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes! I highly recommend these awesome guys if you want an honest and skilled plumber.

Brent & Isiaiah did an awesome job setting up our bathroom and laundry with new PEX pipe. The old galvanized was a hot mess and these two guys crawled around on cold days under an old house, rerouting everything. Very appreciative of their hard work.

Brent and Isiah were awesome to work with. Clean and efficient. And absolutely committed to taking care of our issue. Great team!

Had a great experience with Sean and Junior from Beacon Plumbing. They showed up right on time, were super professional, and got straight to work. You could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. Clear communication, no upselling nonsense, and they left the place cleaner than they found it. It’s not easy to find tradespeople who are this reliable and efficient. Would absolutely recommend them both—Beacon’s lucky to have these two on the team.
