Beckett Electrical Services

Haven’t used this service but wanted to say thank you to Ruben who was driving by when a piece of wire got jammed in the gears of my bike. He kindly stopped and offered to help me to fix it. I wouldn’t have made it to work without his help. Thanks Ruben!

Have not used this service but one of their employees was driving incredibly reckless this morning on Ronald Reagan. Bumper to bumper going over 60mph, tailgating at least 4 other vehicles right in front of a school bus. This person put a ton of lives at risk with absolutely no care at all. If this is the kind of personality hired to do electrical work, I can only imagine the corners they might cut or crappy customer service you’d have to deal with.

I don't use this company services but I almost got into a accident with one of the driver's because he was driving recklessly.

Beckett is our go-to for anything electrical. Their work is fantastic and they are great people. Any issues we've ever had have been small and they have remedied them immediately. Can't recommend them enough!

This company is unmatched by any other electrical company in Austin. It's ran by a group of people that have extensive experience in this field and in this city, and in my opinion nothing can compare. Every employee at Beckett is highly trained with strict standards to bring you the best, safest, and most professional service you can find because they value your safety and satisfaction above everything else. When you outline a goal they make it happen. It's that simple. They consider your budget and make it work for you. Beckett has retrofitted many high-end professional businesses like Google, Facebook, and Samsung and they continue to do so with pride. If you can imagine it, Beckett Electrical can build it for you. If you're a smaller company and want to make your business look modern and attractive, Beckett will absolutely fulfill your needs and they will help you imagine a plan that works for you. This company also treats their employees extremely well and makes sure they are well-educated in the latest electrical theory and safety measures. They even pay their employees to go through specialized training so they can live to their utmost potential. Beckett makes sure to take care of those who make all of this happen and that results in happy employees who are dedicated to envisioning a better world through their work. A better world that you can help us build!

I have never used this business, nor would I use it in the future. They are receiving this bad review because of their habit of TAILGATING on the highway. I was going 47 in a 45 mph hour zone and they left a good one inch between us, very unsafe. Then a school zone came up and I slowed down to 30, again, they were riding my bumper and decided to just switch lanes and speed in a school zone. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone if it means putting other drivers at risk for their impatient driving. Recommendation: Put your drivers back in driving school to learn how much distance to leave between you and the car in front of you.

Ruben and his team were amazing!! Even with the complexity of the job, they stayed in communication with me the whole time. Strongly recommend!!
