Our first experience with Rand Electrical was outstanding. They did an excellent job. Not only was their pricing excellent, they saved me a lot of money and hassle by being able to replace old recessed light fixtures without needing to cut and patch the ceiling. They handled it professionally and we were quite pleased with the quality of the work. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Scam. Stay away from them. Zero communication from them and false expectations. They charged me upfront for a "membership" to get access to discounts and other services they offer. I called several times their office and no one could give me an exact time for electrician to call me back. They have an app that shows a list jobs and when i cancelled them it marked them as complete. Scam. I HAVE MADE A REPORT TO BBB. Stay away

We have been Rand Electrical customers for a number of years. We also have had many professionals from them and other companies come to provide a wide variety of services, including annual reviews conducted today. Sam , who did an annual review, was one of the most professional and thorough service people with which we have worked. We hope that if we go with the bid he wrote up for additional work on our pavilion, Josh will head up the work.

I used Rand Electrical to trouble shoot a bad neutral wire in a circuit that past electricians could not fix. Rand Electrical showed up on time and was very professional. We discussed my options and potential costs. He resolved the issue, explained to me in depth what the problem was, and how to prevent it in the future. Overall my experience was excellent, they was professional and reliable; I would use their services for all future electrical needs.

Everyone I dealt with, from the quoting to the scheduling to the actual crew, were polite, efficient and professional. I had numerous pot lights to be installed in a 25 year old house. The crew managed to do the work without making any holes in the drywall. They cleaned up each room, nicely, when they were done. They were also eager to solve some strange electrical issues that others refused to tackle.

Had fuse box replaced with breaker panel several years ago with great results, so am using Rand Electrical again for putting refrigerator & microwave on separate circuit from other appliances & adding a light over the counter. Tech was great in giving the estimate & arranging a very quick date for installation.
