Luis installed two new bathroom vents / lights for me. I called him on a Tuesday, needing the work to be done within the week, and everything was fully completed by 2 PM on Wednesday. Luis was incredibly friendly and accommodating. He and his team worked quickly and contentiously, and they fully cleaned up after they were done, including retouching paint on the ceiling. I absolutely would (and likely will) use their services again in the future.

Easiest 5 star review, they have higher than a 4.8 rating on Yelp as well. Reading the 1 star reviews it’s clear they aren’t relevant to actual work done by Raptor. They have fixed multiple breakers, installed several outlets in addition to a full electrical panel move. They also assisted in identifying spotty work done by previous companies that could have led to major damage. They have been my go to for years and have been able to quickly assist us as needed. Fair prices and I’m kicking myself for not realizing they could have done other projects better and for less money.

Alejandro and Luis were easy to communicate with and very professional. I got a quote via text with ample pictures. They swapped out two recessed lights for ceiling fans for me and possibly left the patio cleaner than they found it.

It was such a pleasure to work with this company! Luis and Alejandro installed two outlets, five recessed lights, and a motion detector light. They even figured out how to get our hot water heater working again! They answered all my questions, made any adjustments needed, and sent a painter to fix the bathroom outlet area. Everything turned out perfectly! I highly recommend them.

I've used Raptor Electric and GC three times so far over the last few years - first, a few years ago to help run an electrical connection to a new HVAC minisplit, and in 2024 for a master bathroom repair and renovation, as well as an exterior window trim replacement. For anyone who has ever had a fairly involved bathroom repair and remodel, the process can have twists and turns when "surprises" are discovered from problematic prior construction. Communication and a trustworthy relationship with your contractor are critical in such situations - both towards fixing such problems, but also in helping you as the client understand the 'why', the and their costs of all options, to arrive at an amicable solution. Luis, Alejandro and the Raptor team care about keeping the customer informed, manage expectations, and produce beautiful results. For all projects small and large, Raptor's workers arrived on time, met and at times exceeded expectations, completed work within the anticipated timeline, and performed high quality work. I was also able to test their warranty from their completed work, which met my expectations towards making fixes (we had holes in our grout after curing, and Raptor scheduled a few weeks later to make the successful fix). Finally, Raptor's pricing and bids in my experience were reasonable and in line with the market, especially in the context of the tremendous inflation we have all experienced in the last few years - they need to make ends meet too and business costs have risen. You can certainly skimp by finding a cheap contractor out there but expect the unexpected. In my view, spending a little more with Raptor is worth the piece of mind (and they also carry liability insurance - for further piece of mind!).

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Raptor Electrical & General Contractor!! Thank you so much to Luis and his team for the great job they did in upgrading the electrical system, grounding the gas line, installing a microwave and garbage disposal, and completing sheet rock repair/painting for an older home that I had recently purchased. Luis was very communicative about the work and the estimates (and offered alternatives to help keep the costs reasonable), extremely diligent in working with the city to obtain the necessary permit, and finished all of the jobs very quickly. Raptor Electrical & General Contractor made the whole process easy and the workmanship is great! I look forward to working with them again on future projects. I highly recommend!

After researching several electrician companies online, I decided to reach out to Raptor based on their positive reviews. They did not disappoint! From the initial phone call with Luis, one of the owners, to the completion of the project, the entire experience was exceptional. Here are the highlights: Engaging and Thorough: Luis asked detailed questions to understand the scope of work. His probing approach ensured that the desired project outcome was achievable.
