Terrapin Electric

Highly recommend Terrapin !! Needed an outlet installed in our bathroom and found them on Thumbtack. Scheduling was a breeze- they were able to have a tech come out a couple days later for a quote, which was A LOT better than the other quotes I’d received for this project. The tech Asahel was super great - knowledgeable and SO fast. Great experience overall!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Andres from Terrapin Electric, and the experience was truly exceptional. From start to finish, Andres embodied the highest level of professionalism, technical mastery, and customer-first focus—easily making this the best service experience I've had in years. Andres's professionalism is unmatched. He arrived promptly, communicated clearly about the scope of work, and maintained a focused, respectful demeanor throughout the job. He treated my home with care and ensured the work area was clean and tidy before leaving. Finally, Andres’s commitment to high-end customer service and quality assurance is what sets him apart. He went above and beyond to double-check his work, offering clear assurance that the installation met all safety standards and would perform reliably. He made sure I was completely satisfied with every detail before considering the job finished. If you are looking for an electrician who combines deep technical skill with outstanding courtesy and reliability, look no further than Andres. He is a tremendous asset to the Terrapin Electric team!

Fantastic job by Andres from TerrapinElectric. He got here right on time, quickly diagnosed a bad switch and finishing the work all in about 30-40 minutes. Took time to educate me about the repair and as well as the type of light bulbs I should use for the fixture. Thank you for your hard work!

I had a great experience with Terrapin Electric. The team arrived exactly when they said they would, explained the options clearly, and completed the job quickly without cutting corners. Their attention to safety and cleanliness really stood out—no mess left behind and zero surprises on the invoice. It’s rare to find contractors who are this reliable and communicative. I’ll definitely call them again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I had a fantastic experience with Asahel Oranday from Terrapin Electric. When I need to replace the receptacle of my dryer, Asahel arrived on time the same day I called. He thoroughly explained my options, got my approval before starting the work, and had the whole job done within an hour. No service call fee and no extra 3% charge for paying with a credit card. I would absolutely recommend Terrapin Electric to anyone!

Had a great experience with Terrapin today! I had an odd electrical issue at my home, and called them for help. They were helpful even just on the phone making sure I'd already checked the easy things first, but also recommended that I contact the city before having them come out, which I did. When the city couldn't resolve the issue, Terrapin was able to come out same day and get me fixed up. Appreciate the quick turn around and great support.

Great experience. Their master electrician did an inspection of the wiring in my 100+ year old home and made a clear, thorough writeup. I submitted it to insurance and got approved. He had good prices, showed up on time, and was responsive to questions. Would hire again.
