Each employee that I interacted with provided professional services and paid attention to detail. It was also great connecting with a fellow JSU graduate during my appointment. I contacted King Fred through my home warranty company. I spoke with Natalie first. She was very helpful and dealt with the home warranty company for me, which was very helpful because they are a pain to deal with. She took care of it. They went out of their way to take care of my problem. They even agreed to come on Saturday when I was off work. The work was done that same day, which is wonderful. I asked for a quote after they were done for another job and the price for the next job was 30% less than a prior quote from the company who "does it all" by their slogan. In summary, King Fred has a wonderful wife helping him and a great work ethic. He does what he says and shows up on time to do quality work for less than the companies who are making you pay for their advertising.

My husband and I used this company for electric service in our home for installation of a security system. We were highly pleased with not only the price but the quality and effort of the installation process was a breeze. Fred held a conversation with us and congratulated us on being newlyweds. I'd definitely use this service again and also pass on to our friends and family as well

I recently had my basement renovated by Mr. Fred's company and it was flawless! I played with the thought of renovating for years out of fear but he was so helpful in telling me everything about my basement during consultation, he answered every question and was very professional yet personable. It was priced well, seamless work, timely so I knew when and what was happening, and I have gotten many compliments. I'm very impressed! Thank you so much for making my experience such a good one! Just received another great service by Fred King! Technicians arrived early and contacted me to make sure it was OK. They wore face mask AND shoe covers without me having to ask them. This is about my 7th service with this company and I definitely recommend them for all of your electrical needs! Also, I love the new upgrade to the truck..I even snapped a pic!
