Citadel Electric

Had Citadel come do our electrical repairs last week. First time we tried them. They were excellent! So refreshing to have a company that was so responsive and at the same time gave us a reasonable rate for their work. Highly recommend them! We had a number of repairs to make plus replacement of light fixtures.

Used Citadel Electric when we moved into our new home to upgrade breakers, install new outlets where needed, light/fan fixtures, and replace outlets and switches throughout and a variety of other electrical tasks. Will absolutely use them again. We had several crews come out over the multi day process and all of them did a great job. Communication with owner Nathan and all of his crews was very good and they did an excellent job - even as we continued to add projects! Highly recommend Citadel Electric.

Nathan and his crew did an excellent job of installing a new meter can, generator disconnect, exterior sub panels for the pool equipment and getting our older home up to town code with an exterior disconnect over two days to minimize the impact of having the power shut off to the house. The day of electrical wire pull and box setup the power was only out for 7hrs. He coordinated all the Town approvals and with the power company to get us hooked back up efficiently. Great communication between himself, his crew, and myself.

The guys finished the job in record time and they were fun to have around. I’m very pleased.

Citadel ALWAYS provides excellent service. I haven’t used any other company since I’ve been in the area for over 6 1/2 years. I’ve also recommended them to several people, who have been completely satisfied with their service.

Citadel did a fantastic job! I just purchased a home with several issues wonky DIY! Now my home is up to code and I feel safer. I will be having them back to manage all the upgrades I will be doing. Thank you!!

Citadel Electric was a pleasure to work with. Mary answered the phone when I called, Nathan came out to do an estimate and suggested other improvements, Mackenzie and Maxwell were on time, pleasant, did the scheduled job and when they found an area that was "highly sketch" pointed it out and took care of it without much time or expense added.
