Alex was polite and thorough. It took him a bit to figure out how to remove the broken part on the first visit, but installing the replacement on the return visit went quickly. Initial price quote was a bit high, but I am happy with the result.

I waited all weekend for my washer repair. The technician was quick and told me it was fixed. I paid $235 only to try to run it immediately and it fills with water and will not wash, spin, or drain. I am now in an emergency situation and no one is available to speak, the website offers emergency 24/7 except all you can "speak to" is Victor who is not a real person.
