I've been calling for three months and today.. no one ever pick up the phone.. this is very disrespectful.. I can believe those people look at us as trash
Horrible service. I have called everyday for 2 weeks. They do not answer the phone ever. And the voicemail says they will call back in 48 hours. Also not true. Their voicemail says to email. I did. No One replies too. What’s the point of saying to do all these steps to simply ignore it. Worst service ever.
Does anybody actually work here?!?!? I sent my paperwork in 9 months ago. So many phone calls, no one answers. So many emails also no answer. Why did I put in 4 years of hard work and school just for some unprofessional lazy people that don’t want to do their job? Paperwork has been processing for almost a year now. This place SUCKS to deal with
THE WORST! An absentee foreign landlord hired an electrician to install an electrical panel. The electrician mistakenly installed the electrical panel in the wrong home next door (when that homeowner was not there). The affected neighbor discovered the installation and complained to the Town, only to find that the Town had already passed the inspection. The inspection obviously never occurred because the Town Inspector would have needed access to the wrong house or see that it wasn't installed in the vacant rental property. The affected (neighbor) homeowner appealed to this Board the Town's decision to pass the inspection and not issue a correction order. The Board sided with the Town Inspector and allowed the panel to stay in the WRONG PROPERTY. A tenant moved into the rental property with NO POWER. It took 1 year and a lawsuit to get this whole ordeal corrected. What does this Board do to help anyone if they won't try to remedy a situation as egregious as this? The Board's explanation for their decision was that it's a "civil matter". What about a matter of public health (for the tenant who had no power - an essential health code requirement) or "readily accessible" for the property management company? What about fire hazards? The panel wasn't even inspected for safety. These Boards should be available to help the citizens of MA, not to enable and protect their incompetent and lazy buddies who work for the Town governments! They clearly knew this inspector and collaborated with him prior to the Board's decision.
Another fine example of a worthless state agency. Won’t answer the phone. Won’t return messages. Won’t return emails. Links in the automated replies are broken. Their answering service hangs up on you after 5 minutes.
It took a long time to get someone on the phone. Then when I finally did he was rude and arrogant. If that wasn't enough he couldn't do a simple task such as changing my mailing address and forwarding my renewal. Overall their web sight and service stinks.
Wow! The woman who answers the phone here should get an award for being the nastiest, rudest, most miserable state worker of the decade! Avoid this place if you can. She won't help you. She'll just give you attitude. Don't even bother trying to speak to her, she's not interested in anything you have to say. BAD, BAD person to have as a point of contact. Wish I could give -5 stars.
