Leonard answered when I called at 10am. He gave me a phone estimate of $1300 based on his opinion without having to see the problem and answered all my queries. Mario was able to quickly determine that my toilet pipe was in good condition and only the seal had been damaged. Although I could have done the job myself, I did not want to take the time. He completed the job in just one hour for $250. He also repaired the broken bolt and caulked all around the toilet. He did an excellent job, was meticulous and efficient.
