Ilias is fantastic. We had an unexpected power loss on a holiday and were expecting to have to deal with multiple issues as a result. Despite the early hour and holiday, Ilias jumped right in, helped us get everything resolved quickly, expertly and at a fair price. He's amazing!

I called Ilias on an afternoon because my building was having power issues. He came by in a few hours towards the end of the day and quickly diagnosed the issue as a problem from the power company itself. He was also able to move a few of the breakers around so the building could get essential things up and running like hallway lights & the fire alarm. He even called the power company on my behalf and made efforts to see if they could come out sooner to fix the problem. He came back to reset all the temporary changes pretty late that night after the power company resolved everything. Very professional guy, straight shooter, and went way out his way to help. Comes across as a really honest and helpful neighbor. Hard to find these days.
