Had a slab leak under the foundation. Called Murray plumbing due to a friend of ours recommending them. Brandon and team were successful in finding the leak and very transparent on the price as well as the next steps needed for repair. Not pushy at all which I'm a fan of. Repair job was approx. 4 hrs, but part of that was because it was during lunch. Thanks Brandon!

To start I had a very serious problem that could have burned my house down with me in it. They scheduled me in quickly, advised what I needed to do to remain in my home until Monday when they could get back with what they needed to finish my repairs. I mind you this was a bad situation not just changing a light bulb. Stacy and his partner were one of the fastest working pair of professionals I’d seen in many years. It was crazy! It was like they were reading each other’s mind. They are both a great credit to the company they work for and to the customers they serve.

Nick was polite, efficient and very understanding of our needs. He got a lot of work done for us in a 3 hour time frame and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Nick!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this plumbing company. I called them to locate and repair a leak, and the situation was handled with little logic and even less professionalism. After turning off the water inside the house, they told me the meter had stopped running, implying the leak was not before the house shutoff valve. I approved their suggestion to put nitrogen in the line to locate the leak. Unfortunately, they wasted over an hour searching in a completely illogical place, even digging a hole in my yard for no valid reason. They then proposed installing shutoff valves above the house shutoff to isolate what they believed was a leak between the shutoff and the kitchen. I agreed, but they had to leave to buy parts. After returning and installing the valves, they realized they were completely wrong. The leak was actually before the house shutoff valve—the exact opposite of what they had insisted earlier. At that point, we agreed to settle up for the work they had done and revisit the actual leak on another day. The final bill was over $1,500. It included an hourly charge for their time spent shopping. Not only is my leak still not repaired, but it also turns out they had assured me incorrectly from the very beginning and I still have a huge hole in my yard. I’ve worked with many plumbers and contractors, and I have never experienced being charged hourly for part runs. Their work installing the valves uncovered their lie and exposed their hours of unnecessary work. I cannot recommend this company. Save yourself the frustration, wasted time, and unnecessary expenses.

I hired Murray Plumbing and Electric to finish out a ‘barndominium’. Both the plumbing and electric teams did a great job. They were professional, knowledgeable and very responsive to my questions/requirements. Just nice, honest, hard-working gentlemen.

Ozzy was great, very nice, informative, cleaned up after himself and did a good job.

Murray plumbing was fast to respond to my request. They came to my house the next day and accomplished what I needed done The young man was polite and very courteous. I don’t remember his name but then I’m old so forgive me. I am most happy to give Murray Plumbing a five star. My only issue would it was more expensive than I thought it be but still happy
