I have called today Tuesday, July 1 spoke to a nice young lady by the name of Miss Ford. She was very patient did not rush me and gave me all the answers. I needed this employee. Very very nice to deal with. Hope you get credit for this, Miss Ford i’m you deserve it.

They have everyone in a choke hold so many hidden fees! Customer service is the worst!

This Faculty is where ConEd employees come pick their trucks and equipment from, you cannot make any type of payments here if you’re planning on making one. The nearest payment center is on 177th Street and grand concourse. Found out the hard way by falling for some of the comments and reviews that were made by people who just want to gain points.

Switching asap to another company...I've been without power for 3 days now.. I call never recieved a call back.. I registered to get notifications and nothing.. This company was the best back in the days now they are no good.. I'm not the only one saying this.. Horrible service when it comes to an emergency..

Worst company ever! Customer service phone number it’s there for nothing. There’s a shut down in the whole block and they don’t pick up the phone. Worst company!!!!!!!! If I could give less than a start I would.

Even is a big place is really quiet and any energy or gas issue is solve right away. Excellent service and flawless.

I live around the back of the con edison faculty and i always walk there and i said it's a nice quiet place and a good neighborhood on morris park.
