Eddie was great! He responded quickly to my initial outreach and was able to get my small job scheduled within two days. He and his crew were very efficient and neat on site. His prices are reasonable and fair. I recommend him with full confidence and will definitely use him again for future electrical work.

Clean installment of a GFCI outlet in my bathroom. Competitive price. This team are incredible pros not just from the quality and efficiency of their work, but most importantly, their customer service and our entire email / texting interaction. Personally, I've dealt with many handymen from plumbers, electricians, carpenters, etc... but I've never experienced responsive communication in this fashion... Shoot, even letting me know their ETA and that they were arriving a bit EARLIER than expected means a lot. I will keep E/R Electric in my mind for any future electrician work and I've already recommended this company to friends.

left a voicemail at 8am about a bad breaker. received a call back in 10 minutes asking for a photo of the breaker to ensure they could get the part the same day. confirmed they could get the part and said their guy Eddie would be by mid day. called back and said Eddie could be there at 9:30am. Eddie arrived promptly, was extremely courteous, and fixed the problem immediately. he and his partner also tested the relevant sockets afterward. price was reasonable. going forward I will use E/R exclusively if I can.

We have used E/R Electronic several times and have always appreciated the quality of their work, their responsiveness and clear communication. Eddie shows up when he says he will, the estimates match final costs and the work has been great. Plus, they’re just really nice people. Highly recommend.

I called E/R Electrical and explained to Laura the electrical issue I was having and sent a few pictures as well. The next day Eddie and Steve arrived waiting in my driveway for me 10 minutes earlier than scheduled. They came in and diagnosed the wiring issue and explained exactly what was happening. Within the hour they had the problem solved and my headache was gone! I typically don't write reviews whether good or bad. However, in this instance I felt I had to. There are a lot of Electrical companies out there and if you're like me who just wants a company to answer your call, show up on time and do the job at a reasonable price then Eddie, Steve and Laura from E/R Electrical is that company. Oh, by the way I'm still waiting for 2 Electrical companies to call me back and it's been 3 days.

Eddie is heavily favored within CHARLESGATE Property Management. He just did another amazing job in one of our lobby. His enthusiasm, responsiveness, and proactive communication is hard to find. His work is excellent. It is hard to find great customer service AND service. But we find this in Eddie. Explains his 5 perfect stars!

These guys are incredible. I reached out to Eddie to get a quote on adding upstairs hallway can lights in the ceiling and adding a pendant over the stairs. Eddie responded quickly, was professional, and came by to talk through the work and build the quote out promptly. The price for the work was competitive coming in a bit lower than what others were quoting me which I appreciated, but what makes E/R and Eddie really stand out is the quality of the work itself. Eddie showed up right on time in the AM, got started promptly. I'd done some prep before Eddie arrived to keep any dust minimized since my wife and I are expecting out firstborn in a few months and Eddie took this to heart and it showed. Things went quickly and after only maybe an hour and a half, the job was done. When I say done I mean lights installed, dry wall spackled, the work spaces cleaned meticulously, all trash carried out, and Eddie handing me the final invoice and asking if there was anything else I needed. On top of this, in the original quote Eddie had asked if I wanted to replace the downstairs can lights so they'd match the new upstairs ones since the downstairs were a much older fixture. I told Eddie I'd like to, but declined because I was trying to save on costs at the moment. Well, Eddie being a great guy, replaced the downstairs lights, too, "as a gift to the baby." This was such a kind gesture and really made our day. E/R Electric/Eddies above and beyond work ethic and high quality electrician skills are why I'll be calling E/R for any electrical needs I've got in the future. Incredible knowledge of his trade, a professional work ethic that's hard to find these days, and a kind and caring attitude. Thank you E/R!
